After Carmen stopping by repeatedly to offer her graphic services, I ordered signage from her. She requested payment up front. (I trusted her because she had called on me through the years, and seemed honest). Two to 3 months went by and the signage never showed. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. She paid me only $50 back after repeated calls to her. It has been about a year now and I still have not received the remainder of my money back. It is very sad there are such dishonest people like this.
