Parenting Scope

I contracted this company to add Youtube Live feature on a my wordpress site. He was the first to follow up so I contracted him, provided all my username logins and passwords, but he was not successful in adding the feature on my site. He said it worked on his end but not on my end. As a result they gave me 100% refund which I thought was fair. However, I then checked my email days later and Google flagged me that a 5 star review was posted by me (which they falsely posted using my login infowhich read: "Had a quick task that needed a fast turn around. Bochi Web website maintenance team delivered! Very impressed. Thank you for the speedy and accurate turn around on a weekend!" I NEVER wrote that. As a result, I am giving them a 1 star since they falsely posted a review using my login info provided for a job which is not trustworthy. I wasn't going to even write a review but now I am updating the false review they posted because that is not good business.
