Spent $2,500 on a website, which was one of the highest bids I received but was sold by their salesman on outstanding service. Couldn't have been more wrong! I tried to get them to change a slider we had on the homepage to look like one I saw on a different site. After building one that looked like a 5th grader did it, I asked them if they could match the one I sent to them. They said it could be done just not on out site. The same salesmen that sold me on service got copied on all the emails and said he would contact me to help. Its been nine days and still no email, text or phone call! Needless to say I wasted my time and money on them and will have to pay someone else to get my site where it needs to be. If you want to pay tons of money and get a site you could build yourself on GoDaddy use them, if not I'd find someone else.

If I were asked for one word to describe my website and the entire experience of working with Make It Loud Web Design, that word would be FANATASTIC! From designing the logo, to business cards to website design, working with Andi as my project manager has been amazing. I didn’t keep my end of the bargain up by being on schedule with content submissions, but we were able to complete the project with her patience. She is remarkable by being able to take my sometimes rambling ideas and make them congruent and relevant to my target market. I had absolutely no desire to build my own website, though I had the technical skills to do so. I needed to work in tandem with someone who could devote their full attention to it, while I worked on other parts of the infrastructure. My selection of Make it Loud was indeed, one of the best decisions I have made in regards to launching a small business. And the value! My original budget was more than twice that of what I paid. This left me with money I could use elsewhere. They’ll end up getting it anyway as I plan to continue using the services they provide to further market my company. I have already received compliments on the site, some of which were from professionals of very large organizations. To quote one prospect, “Your website looks fresh, professional and full of energy”, and this was from a company that couldn’t use my products because their company owns a quasi-competitor. The business cards have worked as intended. They receive a lot of praise and attention and help create a dialogue with prospects. Working with the folks at MiL Web Design helped me expand my thinking on how to reach my audience as I had no previous marketing experience. Thanks for a wonderful experience. They can expect referrals from me.

Be very careful with these guys. They did a very good job selling me on a top notch website design and what was delivered was not even close. They asked for 60 days to complete my project and I had to reach out to them and ask to see a mock up. When they did have something to show it appeared it was thrown together very quickly and had no creativity. After about 75 days and the second mock up, I was so unsatisfied I walked away from the money they wanted upfront which was as much as other designers wanted for the entire project. I asked them to consider a refund and since they couldn’t produce satisfactory work in the contracted time and they told me the actually had the right to charge me more… Not a company I would ever do business with again or refer any to use. Buyer beware!

Make it Loud is exactly what this company does; Loud, Rude, Sarcastic, Disrespectful, Unprofessional and Unworthy. They created a beautiful site, but not without a fight. We found numerous errors, grammars and punctuations to be corrected. This site was very expensive, more expensive than AT&T or GoDaddy. I had to type the content for the website and send it to them. As of 8/24/18 our website Contact Page is not functional and should have been tested before it was launched. We have been losing business since August 10th due to our Contact Page not working on our site. We had so many customers calling wondering why we were not responding to their requests. When brought to their attention about our Contact Page not working, we received backlash from the staff, owner and were told it's our problem to solve. Before they took our old website down on August 10, 2018, we never had any problems with our Contact Page or website for 11 years; yet they told us it's our problem. Today, we received a NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL email from the owner calling me out my name because I asked them to fix a problem that should have been completed before the site was launched. I suggest the owner and his staff to take a customer service class. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. You can save a lot of money and better results with GoDaddy Web Builder.
