I'm very happy with the design that Rand did for my site and the people were very nice to work with; however, the site went live 3 months late. My entire marketing effort had to be postpone because of this, which at the end of the day impacted my business. They told me that after the design was done, it would take about a week to go live, this took over a month. About a month after, one of the picture sliders was resized and I asked for help. They mentioned that it will take 2 to 3 hours (presumably billable hours). It took me 30 minutes including 25 minutes researching in google on how to fix it. I would not recommend them nor use them again.

I don't know where even start with this company. I guess from the beginning... We need it a custom build website with a good design. We found JLB WORKS(former RAND MARKETING) to be one of the "best" in the area. Everything went well when we called the first time...we got a call back after hours from Jenna Mollard the same day... No surprise, they are very hungry for money, more details on that later. We got an appointment the following week. Had a meeting, met the folks that suppose to work on our project. Everything was sugar coated, as usual. They were keep telling me how experienced they are and how many projects for the big guys they did. Well, after hearing all this, we decided to sign the contract. Everything that we wanted was listed in the contract. They agreed to all custom work that we requested. We paid our first chunky deposit (those guys aren't cheap). First couple steps were done pretty quick. The design was approved and we were moving in to the most important part, CUSTOM WORK. It's where the things went South... We were pretty busy running the business and noticed that no one even contacted us for 2 month since the last conference call. So I decided to give them a call myself. Finally after several phone calls, they got back to us. They told us that the custom feature that we requested to build, cannot be done by their company, remember this was listed in our contract, and they suggested to outsource that work to somewhere else, and guess what...yes, we need to pay the other company extra. Fine... We wanted to finish the website as soon as possible, so we just let it slide. The other company run in to some difficulties, but after 3-4 month the custom feature was up and running. We came back to JLB WORKS again. After, 6 or 8 phone calls, messags, voicemails and etc we finally got Jenna on the phone. We asked them to finish the rest of the website and do some testing, nothing extra, only the stuff that was listed in our original contract. She got back to us with very surprising answer the next day. She told us that we need to pay an additional(!!!) $1200 to finish the work. When we brought the contract up, she told that they are not responsible for it anymore, because their company was aquired by another company in the middle of our project and all the previous contracts were terminated with that acquisition. Even the new president of the company, Chris Wolff, got involved and he didn't do a thing to help us, I guess money is a number one priority for them, we felt like we were not welcomed there whatsoever. We asked our freinds to finish the website and they did it in ONE DAY, of course it wasn't $1200 like JLB WORKS quoted us, it was just a $100, apparently it was just an easy HTML fix! Well stupid me still wanted to proceed with this pathetic company and do the SEO. We called again, same story, numerous phone calls, no replies, days, weeks. Finally after calling Jenna's personal cell phone, she agreed to do the conference call(it felt that we were begging just to get in touch with them). Well, she called, she was breaking up pretty bad and stated that all the phones were down and there is no internet. How the company that does that kind of work having these issues? And she couldn't use her cellphone, huh?! Mind blowing... She told me, that she is going to call me back the next day. By now you probably know, she NEVER DID. I sent the follow up email the next day and NEVER heard back. Classic! I gave up, the website was finished and tested by another company in NY. I really want everyone to know what kind of people and what kind of company it is. They took 90% of the whole total, which was a lot for our company. We were thinking to sue them, but it's not worth our time or money at the moment. Please STAY AWAY from them and look for someone else. Do your homework and Don't repeat my mistakes. PS I could of list more issues with them, but I think it's enough for now. I might add more stuff later.
