David Andersen the owner of Nitroworks is a seemingly well put together young man. Notice I said “seemingly”......because he’s not put together and wasn’t honest that he would be outsourcing and not give the outsourced 19-year old my detailed guidance on what I wanted. I was specifically looking for an online marketer to create funnels in clickfunnels for me. Very specific funnels. Some how I noticed on FB that we had multiple FB friends in common that I respected and that he also lived and worked in denver. I personally reached out to him. We met after I had to follow up 2 different times to get a meeting set up (that should have been my first clue that he didn’t have very much follow through but I did ignore red flag number 1. I told him exactly what I was looking for. I showed him examples of what I’ve seen work for other colleagues in other states and he said that he could do it. The next thing I know he has me schedule another appointment with a 19-year old in north or South Carolina (named AG) who knows nothing about what I discussed with david and this 19-year old is supposed to build my funnels. I then got a call from some young woman who said that she was David’s assistant and that she was seeing when I would sign the contract. I told her that david and I needed to speak and there were problems with the contract and it needed to be updated and that I needed to speak with him about my experience with 19-year old AG. Young AG was trying to get me into a canned funnel that was not what I wanted. I told David to not do any work on my funnel and since nothing had been done we needed to get on the same page first. We never got on the same page. We never got a contract updated nor signed. I finally asked for a refund because I now have someone who has created our funnels totally custom and they are much more experienced and professional. David has refused to issue us a refund. Don’t do any work with him. Do not discuss your project with him but rather ask him who he is going to outsource it to and discuss your project with them. See if they get you and make your decision that way. We tried to exhaust every possible way to receive a refund before resorting to a painfully honest and long review on google. We are now having to fight for what is right to get david and nitroworks to do what is right and refund us our money. We’ve tried to do this peacefully and David is wanting to do it the hard way and involve a legal battle. David and Nitroworks, please do what is right and refund us our money now. Please show that you have integrity and do what is right and refund us our money immediately.
