Though I've known Tom for awhile, I still checked his references before recommending his team to work on our website redesign. Our nearly six month long project was delivered on time - despite me being out of office for 3 weeks during all of this AND a last minute private portal add-on. It was also largely on budget - not Skyhound's fault as our budget didn't expect a last minute private portal addition.
