The design team was backlogged when we needed changes to be made to our site, however, Pattie suggested other tweaks in the meantime and stayed in touch while we were waiting. If she was unable to assist with our request, she would forward the need elsewhere and consistently follow up until we were satisfied. Pattie was courteous, knowledgable, and capable. She gets FIVE STARS. I'm only giving four stars because there was a bit of a wait to hear back from the design team multiple times in the beginning and we are still waiting for a better design for one of our pages. All in all, once the ball got rolling it was smooth sailing -overall good experience.

The money that I spent on ProSite's SEO services is the worst investment in my 35 years of practicing dentistry. In one year of using their SEO services, my keyword rankings have shown negligible improvement. PC users have to scroll over three pages to find me and mobile users have to scroll to the 28th dentist to find me. In the last year, only three new patients listed the internet as their referral source. Spend your money on direct advertising before contracting with ProSites SEO services.

OK so where do we start...? First off we wanted to say thank you very much to Natalie Webb for having the patience dealing with our multiple phone calls asking WAY too many questions, her being there when we needed and even though it was 8 months later before we pulled the trigger she was just as helpful and informative. Next was Tracy Avila, also extremely helpful with questions about the new website, including how to change things (which is easy BTW), what things the website can do as well as the customization available. We were also very happy to hear that if there is something we want changed but are unsure how to change ourselves, Prosites would be able to do the changes for us (at no charge) and on top of that have the changes done in 24hrs!! Next is Zeina Elabdallah who was very helpful with getting us started on the right track of claiming our business accounts on places like google, yelp and others to help keep our information current. Very happy that if a client puts a review on our website they can get the option to share it to Google, Yelp and even Facebook. We are reluctant to say finally cause we assume there will be more help we need in the future, but Nate Rings was extremely helpful (you see a pattern here?) in getting our domain over to prosites, he spent multiple phone calls and I can't count how many minutes on those calls trying to help us get this handled. He even followed up to check on the status of things, sending multiple e-mails to confirm information and more. I cannot really say enough about how much they all helped us, and if this starting point is anything like how the relationship will be in the future we are looking forward to it. In addition we have had zero trouble getting a hold of anyone on the prosites team, we cannot really say that about many companies but again thank you!

I own and brought with me several domains and email addresses. Shaun ( the genius I call him) was immensely helpful and patient in sorting these out for me.
