They were clear, and concise with their proposal and decided to try to work with a company long distance to make our website. They have been fabulous. Over the past few years, we updated things, added products, etc. They are always quick to respond to our requests and do exactly what we envision on our site. Our site was not a simple site transition. We had content that was outdated, pages that looked horrible and pictures that were not setup properly. NetPilot helped us as we began the journey. They created an outline of where we wanted to take the site. The team has usability knowledge (they know what users do) and knows how to design with them in mind. Now that we are on the other side of the launch, we have a website we are now maintaining internally. It’s highly organized. NetPilot’s team makes sure we are trained on all the tools needed to continue a speedy loading site. I’m the Information Technology Officer for this Fire Department and I do not get any benefit for saying any of the above. We really did have a great experience with NetPilot and they changed our site to be amazing vs. mediocre. If you go out to bid or have to choose from many on a list, consider what you pay for. With NetPilot, I paid one price. Be very careful who you choose and do your homework. From our experience, these folks have integrity. I still use them for other tasks.
