First off I am from the NYC area where there are hundreds of design and marketing firms to choose however one thing they all lack. They are unreliable and overpriced and really never want to cater to a small business like my own. Firms these days want to land huge corporate jobs which are stagnate in design and are more database driven it seems.BORING! I found Phil and guys a few years back actually though a custom business card order for my music production company. Since my website hosted in NYC was constantly going down and just impossible to deal with the media team I have been stuck with for so long I reached out to Phil and didn't realize they could take over. So far we have done a few websites, logos, business cards, print ads, digital catalog and SEO. their communication is outstanding and I can not rave enough how much of a pleasure it is to work with them for my business marketing needs. Even though I am across the USA they are always responsive to my needs and never once have let me down. I feel so confident that I almost consider them my in house marketing team even though there on the West Coast. Another key thing is that I am an artist and creative person and translating what i want to them to perform digitally seems to always hit the nail on the head the first time around. Thanks guys!
