There is nothing bad I can say about this place. I have never received customer service on this level. Every single staff member loves their job and you can tell. Willow gets so excited to come here. Dr. Torres is warm, friendly and so knowledgeable. She makes me feel like she loves Willow. I will never take Willow anywhere else. Dr. Torres thank you so much for making this transition so easy. HIGHLY reccomend this place.

I took my cat to tri-county animal hospital lloking for a new vet. The staff is incredibly friendly and the doctor was wonderful. She took a long period of time accessing my cat and did everything she could to make my cat feel as comfortable as possible. Also the facility is very clean. I would highly recommend this vet.

The staff here is amazing. They were really helpful through a tough illness with one of our cats, and provided excellent care both during and at the end of her life. Prices are reasonable as well - not the best, but not overly expensive either.

I just want to first off say that I visit and meet with veterinarians in New Jersey and New York for a living, so believe me when I saw that Dr. Silberman is a phenomenal doctor! Him and his staff are polite, professional and educated. Not only are they well versed in current medicine but they are ahead of the curve when is comes to advances in the veterinarian world. Dr. SIlberman is fantastic at providing options and at no point did I feel pressured into a decision that didn't feel like my own. I also love how clean and calm the hospital feels, especially when bringing in a nervous cat. I without a doubt trust this staff with my fur baby, Luna. I have had both of my pets, my cat and my dog, seen by both Dr. Silberman and Dr. Sass in the last few months. In each of my visits, the Dr.s were both professional, compassionate, and took time with my pets to really look into their current state. In each of my visits, both Dr.'s went out of their way to ensure that I understood the diagnoses and options that I had for treatment. After each of my visits, I received follow up reports and check-ins on my pets, which is something I have never experienced with any Vet in the past. Overall, I would highly recommend Tri-County Animal Hospital if you are looking for a great experience for you and your pet, and you can be sure you'll receive top notch care from both Dr.s on staff!

Great Vet and Animal Hospital! I brought my dog here a few weeks ago because I saw minor changes in his personality. Dr. Silberman ran the diagnostic tests needed and discussed everything in detail with me. He thoroughly went over treatment options with me and gave my pet that extra time he needed my previous vet did not give. Highly recommend!!

Tri-County Animal Hospital is wonderful! I am the parent to a warm and loving chocolate lab. His name is Khmet. Khmet is a rescue and unfortunately is afraid of new people and experiences. When I explained this to Dr. Steele, she knew exactly how to relate to him. Her "bedside" manner was excellent and Khmet received one of the best and through examinations he has ever had. She also prescribed cutting-edge therapies for him. He is on the mend and doing much better with fewer side effects. Khmet and I are very happy that we went to Tri-County Animal Hospital and you will too!

We have been bringing our two cats there for the last year and could not be more happy with the expertise and passion of the vets and staff there. They are also friendly, caring, and handle our cat who ...isn't the most pleasant (and that's putting it nicely) when visiting the vet. Our other cat underwent surgery there, and they did a wonderful job taking care of all of us before, during, and after, making sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

I feel very blessed to have found Dr. Silberman. He is caring, genuine, passionate and so thorough. We have 3 dogs and they all have had their share of medical conditions. Under Dr. Silberman's care, I know that they will receive the best treatment. We simply LOVE him. The staff at Tri-County is top notch! Erin and Dirk are superb technicians and I always receive follow up calls to check in on the kids. One of our dogs has pet insurance and my claims are submitted for me within a day! TriCounty's actions clearly contradict the statement on their website that they care about the owner as much the dog. They are dismissive and left early when they told me to bring my dog in for an emergency... an hour before they were closing. Be skeptical and cautious of these vets.

Wonderful Doctors and staff at this hospital. Both Dr. Silberman and Dr. Torres have been very attentive, thorough and knowledgeable with my fur baby. Also need to mention that this is the only animal hospital that I have been to that doesn't smell like one. That is always the first thing I notice when I first walk in the door and tells me that the hospital is kept clean. Love this. It's a bit of a trek for me but so worth the trip. I highly recommend!!

Great place! I had an older Labrador Retriever, we unfortunately found this place when he got older and started having problems. I wish I had come here sooner since our experience with Tri County was really good. Not trying to offer costly procedures like other vets do for no reason and not overcharging for anything, the prices are very reasonable. My Lab was 12 when we came here and had arthritis and possibly cancer problems, our vet was so sweet and always willing to explain every single detail and question we had. They assisted me with a couple of seizures, which eventually led to my sweet boy's death. It happened at Tri County as well, they took care of everything and eased our situation. I was pregnant at the time so it was very stressful but staff here is so helpful and supportive, they made my experience as smooth as possible. I would definitely come back here if I have another pet in the future.

I brought my new kitten in the other day for her first check up. Dr Silberman was very gentle and patient with her even though she was very scared. He and the assistants took their time and were very thorough in their examination. He noticed a symptom for a disease which required bloodworm to confirm... I appreciated that he asked my permission before taking her into the treatment area to draw blood. I will definitely be bringing Callie back for all of her future visits!! Everyone was great, and I HIGHLY recommend this hospital!!!

I recently changed to Tri-County Animal Hospital and could not be happier. All of the staff is very friendly. They made such a "fuss" over my dogs as their new patients. (but I have a feeling they treat all new and old the same way) Dr Steele is an amazing, thorough and friendly vet to both my dogs and myself. She definitely has the animal and people skills needed to be a great vet!!! The staff called as a follow up the next day to see how my dogs were feeling. All in all, I highly recommend Tri County Animal Hospital!!!

I LOVE this veterinary practice! Dr. Silberman and Dr. Steele are not only wonderful at treating animals, but also their human owners. The two doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable, and the office is clean, modern, and efficiently run. The staff is kind and friendly, and many times when I've called with a question they've been able to put the doctor on the phone. If a callback is required it is done in a short amount of time. I used another veterinary practice for almost 20 years and decided to make the switch last year... I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these doctors.
