I called this vet one night after my dog had been poisoned, and was dying in my arms. The despicable woman who answered the phone told me too bad, they wouldn't help me unless I was an established customer, then hung up. How this company is still in business is beyond me.

They have taken care of our pets since 1978. Lois can be short and to the point. Many people take that as rude. They have always taken good care of our pets, without gouging us.

Where not recommend to no one first impression is everything and their first impression was the worst they did not have people skills imagine that very rude they refused to help just talking on the phone with them very nasty people so just imagine that rude people working on your pet I don't think that's a good situation not only once but twice when I talk to them they're really rude so I do not recommend Thunder to no one

They've been my vet for years. They tell it like it is. I love that my pets see the same vet every visit.

I have taken all of my animals to Scott and Lois since I moved here in 1989. They have taken terrific care of all of my fur babies. More than once I have called them outside of business hours when my pups were hurt or sick. They have given up sleep and even an Easter vacation to take care of my dogs. They bend over backwards to help out their patients. Thanks for all that you do!!!

One of the most unprofessional places iv ever seen the lady (bosses wife ) will cuss and belittle anybody calling in to try and get an appointment and say awful things to you i would not recommend this place to anyone ever if you like to be treated like a human being that's paying for a service and care about your animals well being go somewhere else

Scott and Lois are the best at what they do.. For the past 10plus years the have always put my family of pets first.. Their knowledge and passion for animals is by far the best anyone could ask for..
