I was nervous taking my little Hognose snake here when he hadn't eaten in months since they don't specialize in exotic pets but I'm so happy I did! They were very knowledgeable about his species and care. Not to mention everyone who worked there was not scared of him at all and absolutely adored the little man. If I ever have problems with him again I'll definitely go back!

My family and I have always taken our pets there but no longer do. One woman in the main office area treated our dog and use badly. Saying we were being mean because we took our dog in to get a cut looked at that showed up after we had just taken her in. I had to put down a ferret and they treated me badly and I wasn't allowed to go back with my ferret when he was put down. I watch one woman pick up a puppy to old to be picked up by the scruff and throw him to a table to clip his nails and he peed everywhere. And I know that she still works there. I will never take my animals there again.

Awesome experience. I am a OTR truck driver. they got my dog right in and diagnosed and medicine to treat him in about 45minutes. Also addressed shots and explained to me what had occurred with him. Highly reccomend this place for your pets

Wonderful clinic and staff. Our in town family has been going here for a lifetime of family pets. The staff are kind and loving towards my dog. We have been going through a tough couple of years with end of life medical issues with two dogs over these two years. Because of the costs, it has been nice to make payments instead of one lump chunk sum up front.

While we were there to get a second opinion about our cat we ended up having to put him down. However, the staff were so nice and understanding, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and even gave us a very nice burial bag for him. So while it wasn't a very good visit for us they did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible.

The staff here are amazing with their clients! They even like humans. I like the candle out front with a sign explaining that if the candle is lit, someone is saying goodbye to their animal companion. I've said farewell there more than once. It meant a lot to me. I live 20 miles away and it's worth the drive every time.

Every time i take my little Pomeranian here the staff is super friendly and helpful. They're awesome about emergencys and getting me in right away if i think that something is wrong. they always call and check on her after i've taken her there for anything. i would recommend them to EVERYONE!

The staff at Mountainaire are very compassionate. My puppy contracted Parvo and when I called after hours, the vet met me at the clinic within half hour and we started treatment right away. They had my furbaby during the weekend and they were awesome at giving me updates several times a day. Thankfully my puppy pulled through this. I wouldn't trust my furbaby to anybody else.

The owner assaulted my boyfriend. The employee lied saying my boyfriend called her names. And this place called the cops on us, saying my boyfriend shoved the owner first. My boyfriend never laid a hand on anyone. Our dog was dying and bleeding, and they refused to stitch him up until we paid money we didn't have on us. After telling us over the phone they could do payments. We were asked to leave. We got our dog back and attempted to leave as both owners followed my boyfriend and friend outside. That is where the "big boss man" assaulted my boyfriend. You people were 100% in the wrong. You had no place lying, or laying your hands on him. Our animals will never go to you, ever again.

Best veterinary service in Rock Springs. Large animals, small animals....24 on call emergency service. In house lab work - service you might expect from a larger city is right here. All of the staff are wonderful, and even their grooming & boarding is top knotch. Prices are more than fair. I moved from a larger city & have been thoroughly pleased with every aspect of service from Mountainaire - - and I've had need for a late night call & emergency service for 2 animals. They saved my pets' lives, even updating me through the night. I am eternally grateful.
