We live in Cheyenne and make the drive to Wheatland for our pets' care. Steve and John are very compassionate and competent doctors. They take a very logical and medically conservative approach to healing. They don't push unnecessary or "experimental" procedures that leave your pets health unimproved and your bank account drained. We love our pets' and the care they receive at Laramie Peak.

While on vacation our dog got sick so we found them nearby and showed up without an appointment. They said if we wanted to wait until the vet got back from a field call they'd be happy to take a look. We waited maybe an hour and sure enough they saw us immediately. We were extremely impressed with Dr. Lucas and the staff. If I didn't live in Illinois he'd definitely be our vet.. Thanks so much!!
