I requested a cone to be put on my dog BEFORE he woke up after he had surgery. Not only did they not put it on him, causing him to luck his incision, they charged me for an unused, expensive item THAT WAS NEVER USED, and would not refund the cost of it. Their excuse was they couldn't use it on any other animal because of my dog's "germs" On an UNUSED, PLASTIC PROTECTIVE CONE. I will not be recommending them anytime soon, even though the Vet herself was very good with my dog

This clinic is fabulous. They have provided care for my dogs, cats and ferret. Always compassionate, friendly and professional. It was time for my 14 year old chocolate lab to be euthanized and I can't say enough about how absolutely perfectly they handled this. Thank you so much, it was a truly difficult decision and the support and services we received made it peaceful, loving and bearable.

I chose Hones because it is the smaller vet in town and I value personalized service. Brought my dog in for teeth extraction and was told by the receptionist at pick-up that an extra tooth was loose "and pretty much fell out". That seemed odd so I asked that the vet call me to explain. No one bothered getting back to me. I'm switching vets from now on.

Hones veterinary clinic is AMAZING.! Those who answer the phone are always pleasant and their service is prompt. They have a solid reputation in the community. Dr. Katie and her staff avoid the most common pitfall of the "typical" Dr. office - they never overbook their clients. Therefore you're never sitting endlessly in the waiting room. The walk-in and after hour service is wonderful as well. Hones Veterinary Clinic has proven to make themselves available weekends and evenings in all situations.
