I needed a kennel cough vaccination the next day. My vet was booked. Dell Range Animal Hospital got me in by early afternoon and only charged for the shot-no required checkup.

Took our cat in was charged hundreds for tests, brought cat back and said she had no idea what was wrong and needed to run more expensive tests because it was probably cancer close to thousand dollar range.we declined took our cat to another vet who said she had fleas,15 dollar flea spray and couple days later she was back to normal . one would think fleas would be a pretty basic thing for a vet to diagnose.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Called yesterday and set up an appointment for vaccinations for my dogs. I clearly stated over the phone that both would need distemper and rattlesnake boosters and one would need a rabies shot. After paying, I looked at my receipts and noticed that neither was given a rattlesnake shot. I called the office to inquire and they stated that they did not carry it. This was after I asked for it over the phone and once in the clinic restated what the dogs were there for. I will not return.

Brought my kitties here fore some surgery. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They answered any questions I had and helped me feel comfortable in the recovery process. I would trust them with all of my animals if I lived in Wyoming. Im glad i brought them here as it made the whole process less stressful. Thank you for taking care of my babies!

Very unhappy to post this review, as I have been a long time customer. I arrived at the Animal Hospital 4:45pm which is 15mins before they are scheduled to close and they already have a “Closed sign” up with hours for when they will return in the morning. Good thing they only take care of animals!! You should be ashamed of yourself and your business. There are far better options in town, businesses that operate with integrity and service the community. If you want to leave early on a Friday evening then adjust your hours, don’t simply close early! I will take my business elsewhere and never recommend coming here. Thanks for ruining what I thought was a great working relationship .

My dog got a lump on his neck. Instead of doing a biopsy, she cut it open. A week later it was severely infected. It took nearly a month to heal, but reinfected 2 more times. (It was caused by the locator chip that had been put in by the animal shelter.) Each time it took longer to heal. The 3rd time, I took him to a different veterinarian, who discovered that his entire body was full of cancer. 2 weeks later I had him euthanized. The vet at Del Range Animal Hospital was negligent, not to mention the repeated treatments that stressed his already depleted immune system, and it cost me a small fortune!

Wonderful vet! I have been taking my pets to Holly Lebeau for at least 10 years and have never been anything than completely happy with the care given. I have never felt like there were unnecessary tests or charges, and all of my questions and concerns are always addressed. I have moved to Denver and plan on driving back up to Cheyenne to see her!

They are very rude and didn't even know what my appointment was for so I got a charge for medication she didn't need now her ear and head are scratched open and they want another 50 dollar visit when they could have diagnosed her right in the first place
