This was my first time at this clinic. My shih tszu is very timid and scared of the vet ( as most pups are ! :/) but the bedside manner of the vet that saw my furbabe was amazing ! I only rated a 4 because it was our first visited . I do look forward to bringing him again for all his needs / care . The staff and reception area was also very friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend you bring “ your child / family member “ to see them . Also , I was very , very impressed with their prices ! Having a large family and knowing that I can take care of my other babies without the worry of breaking the bank is definitely a plus ...

I highly recommend this pet clinic. My 9y.o. dog had to have tooth extracted, and Dr Church took care of that. I am very sensitive about my dog who is a service dog. I was there to find out what was wrong with my dog because he had been sick all week end. As soon as Dr Church and his staff knew how bad it was, he made arrangements to take care of my dog immediately.Before and after the surgery everything was explained clearly to me. My dog was treated well and already on the second day after, he was completely himself again! The clinic was also friendly and helpful about payment arrangements. Thank you Cheyenne Pet Clinic!

Absolutely love our vet, our dog is very scared and it causes him to be aggressive with new people and he loves her and actually wags when she comes in the room. I go in there for his medicine without calling and they have it ready within 5 minutes. Never been to another vet and never will. The staff is amazing and very friendly with clean facilities.

After our miniature yorkie got very sick last week, we called Cheyenne pet clinic on a Sunday and received a phone call back within 30 minutes from Dr Christopher Church,and he met us there in 15 minutes. This dog (Otto) is my husband's best friend, I don't know what he'd do without him,Dr Chris is a very caring and dedicated doctor, my husband and I thank him for helping our little Otto. I highly recommend this pet clinic to all that want their animals taken care of with love and compassion.

My cat was put down here, the vet was very nice about it. She let me leave through the back door so that nobody would see me cry. They seem to do great with dogs and cats, I wouldn't suggest bringing exotic animals such as ferrets.

Took my 2 year old english bulldog to this vet from Colorado. The prices and service in Colorado are deplorable in my opinion (long story but basically supply and demand). At this vet in Cheyenne, I was given an estimate and an appointment for my dogs' (super common for their breed) palate surgery. Having more time than money, I figured out quickly this was the place for me (Even though they were able to schedule me next day!!!!). To be blunt, they take care of your concerns, they take care of your pet, and they make sure that you're satisfied with their service. Not sure what else you would want from a visit to the vet. I cannot pronounce my Dr.'s last name but I do know it started with a T and ended with an AWESOME. Definitely recommend to the people who have PTPD (Post Traumatic Pet Disorder) or people who are looking for a fair price with the best service. Drove over 1 hour to take a chance on this vet and would definitely drive over that now to see them. Any way - have a nice day and good luck with your pet. PS. After getting home and inspecting the work more closely I realized not only did this vet provide A+ service based on our invoice, they also went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure out boy was taken care of from head to toe. Yes, that's right, they even clipped his nails.

Our little ruby cavalier “Betty Lou” had surgery recently on her back leg. Her knee was dislocating. We were very nervous. Everyone, was very patient with us and did their best to explain the operation and alleviate our fears of the anesthesia.We had one of our dogs “Jazz” heart stop on the operating table 8+ years ago and were anxious to say the least about Betty Lous operation. My cat has been very ill and it’s kind of a mystery. I have been working mostly with Dr. Church who has been fantastic. His wife, Brooke works with him and she is as sweet as can be. The other vet that I’ve been working with is Dr. Ferrel and she is so amazing. Kind, caring, and knows her stuff. Everyone at the front desk is no different. They are people who you would want to meet when you are under stress and have worries. I don’t know where Dr. Church found such an awesome staff but they are 5 star. Hands down, Cheyenne Pet Clinic is the best. The other thing I would like to mention is that the prices are fair and reasonable and you don’t leave feeling like you paid for care you didn’t receive and you still don’t know what’s wrong. Fantastic Vet clinic! Their vets were knowledgeable when I brought our bearded dragon to them for his first visit, and they have continued to be fantastic with our new puppy Navi. The desk clerks are always smiling and happy when we come in. The nurses are always so gentle and wonderful with Navi. The vets are all wonderful with her too, and you can tell that everyone there genuinely cares about animals. We had to have a last minute appointment to get a rabies shot for our dog today, and we were able to get in within an hour, and the time from me parking my car to driving away was less than 10 minutes as well. Absolutely wonderful place, and we will continue bringing our pets there as long as we are around Cheyenne!

Amazing Staff!! Our baby boy Thumpkin passed away and we took him here for cremation. The staff was wonderful and caring. They shared our pain and understood our grief. When we went to pick up Thumpkin they were once again very sympathetic. The service was one on one. They did not just say here is your dog. They walked around the counter to hand us his remains with a hug and heart felt apology. A card arrived in the mail today with a hand written personal message. They went above and beyond to make a hard time easier. Thank you so much for your loving staff!!!

I took two female and two male hounds here for spay and neuters. These dogs have quickly become my whole life! Trying to find some one I trust with my life was not an easy task. I have always adopted from rescues so I have never had to go through the whole spay and neuter experience before. It’s TERRIFYING but the front desk women were so kind!!! The vet techs were helpful and the doctors were AMAZING! They made it as easy as they possibly could and so clearly care about the animals that come through those doors. They are nearly a two hour drive away from me but I will choose them over closer vets in none emergency situations 100%

Such a great clinic. They are very busy and handle lots of animals, but they still make every visit special, never make anything feel rushed, and give outstanding, specialized customer service. The wait times are never too long, and appointments are never too far out. Dr. Calhoon was so gentle and awesome with my scared puppy. He took the time to make her comfortable and was so gentle in the exam. I spoke with Dr. Church after hours one weekend about a possible emergency situation. He could have easily charged me 100s of dollars for an emergency call, exam, x-rays etc. but he recognized that it wasn’t actually an emergency and she was just running a fever. He talked me through how to easily treat her at home and I am so thankful for that. She was just fine. Truly outstanding, knowledgeable clinic that cares the most about their patients.

We were blessed to see Dr. Duden and she literally saved Nuggets life. She was wonderful with him and so personable. Her bedside manners were excellent and she was so caring when it came to Nuggets health. She was on call the weekend he went in and he had to stay with her and she stayed at the clinic for most of the weekend with him. She loved on him and she loved on us as well. He ended up having to have surgery and he did wonderful. She researched and researched for hours to figure out what was wrong with him and she finally figured it out and he is such a different dog now!! Shes amazing and we owe her so much for saving his life. Thank you Dr. Duden and your wonderful staff for caring so much and being amazing at what you all do! I was worried about my dog(Kodiak). Kodiak had difficulty walking and some labored breathing. When I called they knew they were full with appointments for the day but they could clearly tell how concerned and upset I was and squeezed me in. Dr. Crystal checked over my dog and saw she had strained her back and one back leg. She gave us some medicine and said if she wasn’t better within a few days to call and come back. They truly set me mind at ease!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent vet care!!!

I have very little confidence in their training and skill set. Someone I know took their dog in for a teeth cleaning and they over anaesthetized and the puppy passed away. We ended up coming here twice that day. Once for a check up on one dog then later in the afternoon for the other dog who injured herself. Both times they were very busy but we didn't have to wait for long. Both doctors gave our extended family members the attention I thought they deserved. And our injured dog is already on the mend and doing much better. All of my family (brothers and sisters and parents) have been bringing our pets here for decades and I don't see us going anywhere else.

Took my Chihuahua in yesterday and he was seen by dr. Church ( who was the best vet i have been to, he was great) , the customer service and staff that helped us from start to finish were wonderful. Trimmed his nails complimentary and were very imformative... they over estimated the price on the phone which made me a little hesitant but was relieved at check out when it was only half of what they told me it would be! My pup is doinh so much better today so what they did/ recommended was what he needed!! Thankyou cheyenne pet clinic!

My Cat was attacked by a dog today and I immediately called them and they took her right away. They have kept me updated throughout the day and I know she is in good hands. I also take my other two cats there and they work amazingly with them. This has been the best clinic I’ve been to. I love the expert service and the staff here. My dog went in for an emergency dental procedure and they took the time to walk me all the way through everything, re assure me, and by the time I left my best friend there I was almost worry free. They took such good care of her. I could never have asked for anything more. Also they offer a 10% military discount which is just a huge cherry on top!
