I absolutely love this place. If you're looking for grooming it is all here and they are on the same system so no more worrying about finding paperwork for vaccinations because if you use both then they already have it! The staff is extremely professional and genuinely care. I was amazed the first time they remembered my dogs by name. Hard to find service this good.

They used to be good but have gone down hill fast. I picked my Maltese dog up from what was supposed to be a minor procedure but which turned into a botched major procedure (they didn't even ask me if it was ok to do more). The vet didn't have the balls talk to me when I picked my dog up (a tech claimed the vet wasn't there even though I was there at the specific time I was told to be there). And to make matters worse, my dog was obviously over sedated (wheezing badly, among other things) and had a oozing sore on his leg. Please, Please don't take your dog here, especially if your dog is small.

These people are a load of BS, I have a 13 year old boxer that is not doing well, me and my family had a strong decision to make on whether to put her down or wait. We had made a call to make an appointment but they didn’t want to make an appointment. They told us it would be $160 extra just to do it. My family was extremely upset. Screw these people they don’t care about dogs, they just want the money. Don’t give them money or your dog..... BS!!!!

Broadmoor has been the best with our troublemaker dogs! We’ve needed to take our baby in when he cut his paw and recently had to take both of them in after hours because we were worried they got into some pills. I would give this per clinic a Zero, but it will not let me. The reason why is because I went for a rabies shot for my puppy, they told me he has to be 12 weeks old, which is a lie, he has to be sixteen weeks. They also wanted to WAY over charge me. $53 dollars. WHEN at Cheyenne Pet Clinic they charge $27. Way OVER priced on their services!

These guys are fantastic! There was a mix up in our appointment but they fit us in, treated us great, and gave good advice. Our dog felt comfortable with them and that matters. When we had to put a dog down in an emergency in the past and he was not a dog they had previously seen, they treated us with compassion and gave great service. We came back with our new dog and we are not sorry.

I had the unfortunate instance of thinking my cat might have consumed some tylenol. I had Broadmoor take care of my cat, of which I had no problems. They called me and asked if I wanted to have him fed carbon, and fed meds to get the pill out of him. What really bothered me is when my boy came back, there was fece on his tail, and I had to bathe him. That made me feel like he was not taken care of. That was not acceptable. I found another vet.

Do NOT take your fur children to these people. Doctors don’t have time to LOOK AND READ IMPORTANT CHARTS prior to them trying to take staples out of a WEEK OLD SURGERY so when they go to do that your poor fur babies guts fall out onto the operating table and then they make you sign a waiver to “save your dogs life” ONLY to then wait a day to tell you that instead of making your poor baby comfortable so that you can say goodbye and give them peace that they in fact have a very aggressive form of cancer and will most likely suffer a horrible and painful death in two months time. So much pain cause for a poor innocent dog and the humans that love them.

This place absolutely disgust me, they have no sympathy what so ever when it comes to a loss of one of your fur babies. All they care about is getting their money. Thank goodness for Cheyenne pet clinic because I will never be taking any of my animals here again!!! Also you should think about getting a new receptionist because her customer service skills are absolutely horrible!! I've never met someone so rude in my life!!!!

If I could give a NO STAR rating I would. I am appalled at the prices they charge. I took my standard poodle in because I thought she was due for a rabies vaccine. Along with my daughters little dog. Neither needed the vaccine and when they took the little dog back to trim her nails they gave her shots in the back without our consent. Then when they brought her back we told them she didn't need it after all. They said nothing and made no attempt to make it right. Then I find a charge on my bill for a Replacement tag for my poodle which I did not ask for. When I called they said it was a license fee that the County charges us pet owners. Then there was also a $3.47 CHARGE for getting rid of the syringes they used. TOTAL BS. I will NEVER take my pets here again. They gouge the heck out of you. BE AWARE!

The staff at Broadmore are the best I've encountered anywhere. They are kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I've lived in Massachusetts, Maine, Colorado and Wyoming, and they are by far the best. Their prices are very reasonable, especially compared with Colorado.

Great clinic. My dog had an abscess on her paw. They were able to get me in within a couple of hours with Dr. Driscoll. We updated three vaccinations and walked away with a great physical exam and a bottle of antibiotics. They were fast, effective, kind, and cost-affordable. Great practice. All the DVMs I knew in Laramie, WY recommended this clinic, great choice!

I brought in an injured conure, died while in the back room. Several months later I have another sick conure and she died while blood was being taken, in the back room. The vet told me fecal smears are obsolete. I brought in sources that countered that. CSU is a training vet college and they even know of the benefits of fecal smears. The blood they took was not testable at the lab because it was destroyed from the botched bloodwork. They acknowledged the coincidences and false data and I was able to retrieve a refund. I lost two beautiful pets there and I do NOT take my flock there anymore. Bloodwork is routine and is not hard to take if certified as an avian vet. Pet clinic is the only other avain vet and I'd recommend going there.

One month ago she paid $700 to have its teeth claimed living on a fixed income social security Yesterday when her dog was in distress the clinic asked for $300 for the dog to be seen she did not have it they turned her away her dog died

Absolutely disgusting vet clinic. We took our dog in for an emergency and after all the x-rays were done we were told he would be okay and that we could pick him up the next morning. He ended up passing away that night while under their care. When his ashes showed up we were told we can't have them until we pay for the cremation. This vet clinic has absolutely no care for their customers or the animals they only care about money. We will never go there again.

What a great place to take your pet! Tucker needed surgery on his leg as he tore a ligament! Surgery completed and he is well on the road to recovery. Nice to see the same veterinarian each visit. They take the time to know the dog and the owner..People in the front are great to work with as well!

The service at the front desk was good and the facility was nice and clean, but other than that our experience them was not good. They put a muzzle on our fifteen year old, 3lb Chihuahua(who has no teeth), which bruised one of his eyes and blinded him. I will not take any of my pets back there and they are over priced.

An ear flush at every other clinics costs aprox $15, but here, they wanted to charge $40 AND sedate my dog to do so! Keep in mind my dog is a 8 month old boxer... He in no way needed to be sedated to have the flush done at a different clinic... I've never heard of such a thing! Don't trust them!
