We had a pet pass away and brought him in for creamation. When we went and picked up his remains, they had a custom hanging plaque and special box with his remains inside. This was just the touch we needed after our lost( we had our cat for 18+ yes). This place is great

I cannot thank Bridger Animal Hospital enough for their professionalism and kindness when we had an emergency with our dog while on vacation. We called ahead as we drove to the hospital and they were ready for us and got us back to the doctor right away. Dr. Jessica was so kind explaining the options to us, assuring us that our dog wasn't in any pain, but that her aging body just couldn't handle the sustained injury. They gave us a lot of time in a private room to deliberate what we should do. It was clear it was our sweet puppy's time to go. :( Dr. Jessica and the staff were so sympathetic and kind. They arranged a paw print memento for us and when we got home from vacation we had a sympathy card in the mail with personalized messages from the staff. Having our dog suffer a fatal injury on vacation was a traumatic event, but we felt safe and cared for with the Bridger Animal Hospital staff. Thank you for you empathy and professionalism!

I am very disappointed with this veterinarian clinic. Yesterday I had my horses picked up and taken to their facility with an appointment and within 1 hour they were returning them to me telling me I was "fired as a client". At first I thought they were kidding and then I come to find out from my hauler that it was because I had an outstanding balance which I immediately took care of. The balance was from four year ago when my Maka was in their care for a tumor. He and I were both diagnosed the same month with cancer, he stomach, me breast. Needless to say I was very distraught and must have overlooked the balance due. At any rate that wasn't enough for them as they are now refusing service to my animals and they are the only 24 hour clinic around. In addition I got a medical report full of untruths and false information, they didn't even have his gender right! Long story short they are holding a grudge for neglecting my Maka which resulted in his death and punishing my horses and dog from emergency treatment. Very spiteful and unprofessional. Lisa has also black balled me in the community causing me to lose a farrier, vet, horse boarding facility and now a very sweet Kaile who has groomed my dog for several years.
