My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vet clinic to anyone. Dr. Michelle is incredibly compassionate and has provided candid advice whenever we have had questions. This includes discussions regarding the quality of life for a young puppy that we recently had to put down. While most of the decisions made leading up to this final decision were handled through a specialist at WVRC, Dr. Michelle helped immensely in balancing when the treatments being suggested/pushed on us were worth the decrease in quality of life for our small pup. Throughout the process, she called multiple times unprompted asking if we needed anything or had questions. She really seems to care about her patients. Our other dog remains a patient at NB Animal Hospital and we have no plans on changing.

Great staff and reasonable prices. Had two surgeries done on two separate dogs here and I trusted that they were in good care the whole time. My only complaint is that I wish they had called us and kept us more in the loop as to pick up time but I understand that the office can be crazy busy at times. Great service overall.

Took my cockatiel there as he has a respiratory infection. My apointment was with Dr Andrea Sabon. Dr Sabon was very friendly and explained things to me in regards to things I can do at home and the medication she wanted me to give him. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. There are not too many places that will take birds and I am extremely happy that this one does. I would highly recommend.

This clinic was recommended after our regular vet passed away. My parrots needed their beaks trimmed (a 2 minute procedure). I never got to see the vet, I walked out because of the receptionist. She was unaccommodating and dismissive. It was not a great first impression and no way to treat a new customer. They could be the best vets in the world but I'll never know because I won't go back there.

Love this place. We take our two cats and two dogs here. Professional, courteous, and caring. They are friendly to us and our animals. We have seen multiple vets there and all of them are great, we wouldn't trust our pets health to anyone else.

Amazing staff that is very friendly and helpful when answering your questions. They work with you and are extremely understanding of your needs. Nice atmosphere and welcoming to all pets. Vet was Lisa Peterson and she did a great job fixing up my Black Lab when he cracked one of his nails. If I'm in town again and need a vet for my puppers I will be sure to go here!

i have taken my baby pararkeet to this hospital, twice. The entire staff is sooooooo nice and polite. Deandra is an assistant that was beyond sweet to my pet. The Vet could have easily charged us 3 x the amount he actually did, and I am beyond grateful for that. Luckily I live 2 minutes from here, however I would drive hours to get this kind of service!!! 10 stars!!!!!!!!! Dr. Dale Hermann was the birdy doctor-but I think he treats all animals!!

We bring both our cat and dog to New Berlin Animal Hospital. We shopped around for quite a while before choosing one, and I can't say that I am unhappy about it! I believe there are 5 doctors there, Dr. Michelle McDonough is who sees our pets and she is pretty great! Being new to dogs we had lots of questions and Michelle was very patient, didn't speak for us, and let us ask all the questions we wanted. She offered up tons of suggestions, behavior classes, and plenty of paperwork to keep organized with our new pup's needs and records. I feel that the prices are fair, and the staff is quite helpful and sincere. Each time that we have been there the staff has been great with our pets taking very good care of them. Sophie, our puppy, is very hesitant with new people but absolutely loves going to the vet and has a great time interacting with the staff. I would highly recommend New Berlin Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet that wants a place that will care for your pets and you can trust.

Was abruptly and coldly denied from this “hospital” with my sick cat. Then they referred me to a place that charged $311.95 for a consultation, essentially. Now I’m penniless with no resolve for my cat.

Unimpressed. Expensive, rude staff, over-booked (expect a long wait in the outdated waiting area, crammed in with lots of other pets), and the vets misdiagnosed my dog twice. Once by dismissing a cyst that eventually needed surgery, and another time by diagnosing a "significant heart murmur" that turned out to be a symptom of anxiety during the exam rather than a true condition. I won't be returning.

We've been taking our dogs here for 7 years. We have never had a negative experience. Our regular vet is Dr. Matt Sobon. He takes time with our dogs. Border Collies aren't always the easiest to work with...he seems to genuinely care. The vet techs and receptionists have always been helpful and friendly.
