We love Lake Mills Vet Clinic!! They know our pup by name every time we go in there and us even when she is not with us! There are a million black labs and they act like she is so special. We appreciate the service we get and how we are treated. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. It is clean and everyone is so friendly. Our dog even enjoys going, she whines with excitement to go in! Thank you!! You guys are wonderful for what you do you have literally saved our dogs life.

Best ever animal clinic. I've even taken my pup there for training. Dr. Stork and staff all care about you dogs or all animals as if they are their own. I drive an extra 30 miles to stay with them after moving west of Waunakee. Prior to my dogs, healso.made barn visits for my goats.

I absolutely LOVE lake mills vet! Dr. Deanna Clark is so compassionate and friendly. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I lost 2 of my dogs with in a year. Dr. Clark did everything she could to save my little Cosmo. When it came to say good bye to my Riley she came out to my house in Watertown on a beautiful November day and put my Riley to sleep outside in the sunshine. She takes her time with you and your loving pets and she makes you feel like you are the only one.

Very disappointed in the quality of care received from this vet clinic. Had our dog spade here and they didn’t tie the knots correctly to make sure everything was in place during the surgery so we had to come back in a day after to have it fixed. So she went through two surgeries due to their error which is very traumatic for any animal and we were charged for both surgeries. We went back in the following day to get stronger medicine for her and to have them check her incision area and heard them talking about how they wouldn’t be able to do anything for us and it wasn’t worth us coming back in. We were then charged for the medicine as well. I understand this is a business and you have to profit someway but this was absolutely unacceptable.

I had the best experience with the care that the staff gave my pup. I have gone to other places in Waukesha, Madison and in Sun Prairie and nothing tops this place like Lake Mills Veterinary Clinic. If I could nominate anything for Best Pet Clinic in the state, I would have to go with these guys. They’re so gentle with your pet and make him or her feel like they’re at home and in a happy state. At first I can tell my dog was nervous at first but when we left he wanted to go back. I’m definitely taking my other pup here for exams. Seriously this place is worth the drive if you want to establish caring care for you loved one. I can’t wait to go back!!!!!! Love the staff, I met there behavioralist at the Jefferson humane society workshops. Our dog has never had good experiences at the vet even for a check up. He was lethargic and throwing up so we drove 80mi round trip just to see them. They did everything slow and made sure he was comfortable and not scared at all times. When the very came in she even had a treat if soft food for him if he wanted it as a friend offering. It's I drive from Janesville but I highly recommend them it's worth it. (They are also cheaper then Janesville and accept Care Credit)

I was travelling through the area on a work assignment and had my trusty buddy Henry Hound with me. On my trip Henry bit his tongue and I needed to have it checked. I was in Lake Mills and looked up the vets in town. There are two according to my GPS unit. The first one I called which was slightly closer to me did not answer the phone so I called Lake Mills. When I explained I was travelling through, they made arrangements to get me in at the last minute at the end of the day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful which is not what you see a lot of the time in a fair amount of places, and the vet, Dr. Stork (hope I am spelling his name right) was a very nice person and I could tell he really does care about animals. He told me Henry would be fine which was a big relief and he proceeded to tell me how much he loved Lake Mills and shared with me some history of the town and referred me to a great local brewery with an amazing history. I live in Tucson and wish I could find a vet as good as Dr. Stork. The people of Lake Mills are very fortunate to have someone as he that is so passionate about his work and the area he lives in. Keep up the great work Lake Mills Vet Clinic!

Really great experience! Our cat, Mr. Mistoffelees, was a stray so we were unsure of his health status, what the cost of care would be, etc. We were also very stressed (including Mr. Mistoffelees!) about the vet visit and what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised with how responsive and thorough the staff was via e-mail (they quoted us some possible prices on the shots/tests he would need) and the staff and Dr. Stork were very calm and relaxed, which was helpful for my husband and I and Mr. Mistoffelees who left the vet much less stressed than he did going in. They are also accessible and have a lot of options when it comes to appointments, which is SO helpful! They also took time to answer all of our questions and were very sweet to our little Purrito.
