We really like that the combined experience of the entire staff is available to find the best solution to problems that arise at a price that won't break the bank. The doctors always listen to us and tailor the care we receive to our specific pet. My trust in Appanasha is absolute, and that's priceless.

We made an appointment for Chelsea, and she received the BEST care. Every member of Appanasha’s team that interacted with Chelsea treated her with such love and care. They worked very well with our Michigan vet, and reassured us that anytime we were visiting in the area with Chelsea, we could count on Appanasha to take excellent care of her. We have been clients at Appanasha for many years (used to drive here from Omro) and we have always recieved top quality care for our yellow lab. Many times we felt that Dr. Hurlburt provided better care for our boy than our own personal physicians did for us! This past week we had to make the very hard decision to lay our boy to rest and once again, the staff and Dr. Hurlburt provided the most compassionate and respectful care. We are so fortunate to have this clinic and would recommend them to anyone. There is a reason why they have been voted the best in the Valley for many years in a row.

2 weeks ago on a Friday, I was calling them to tell them that my dog was in distress, "vomiting"they didn't answer so. I drove there and told them what was going on with my dog, while I was waiting. I heard 2 employee's talking about not answering the phone calls you are leaving in 15 mins anyway. Because my ear was hot beening on the phone 10 minutes ago. I was so shocked to hear this that I didn't say anything but thankful that I came here. That could be me on the other end of the phone. So heads up if you need help come to the clinic in person so will help you. This all happened at 4:28pm

Been going there for a few years, last year one of my cats was diagnosed with asthma, which is very rare. My vet did a ton of research just for my cat, she found medication of exact same for around $50 instead of $400. This place truly cares about the animals and their clients. I highly recommend this place!

Once it had been determined (by the UW Veterinary Hospital) that the cancer in my cat Apollo's colon was very aggressive, I called and asked to bring in Apollo to be put down. They made an appointment for me in a couple hours and I was greeted at the door and escorted to a back room. My girlfriend and I were allowed our time to hold Apollo and say our goodbyes as well as shed some tears. The process was very humanely and professionally carried out. Once he was confirmed as passed, we were allowed to leave through a back door. This is the first time that I had ever witnessed one of my cat's being put down (I'd previously had two cats put down), and I can honestly say that I was the least distraught after this time than the two previous times. Dr. Lindsley and Appanasha had the pet owner's feelings in the forefront and performed their duties with the utmost professionalism and compassion for the grieving pet parent. I've since taken my newly adopted cat in for his wellness check, and saw the same level of professionalism and compassion in adding my new family member as I had when I lost Apollo. Consistency under any and all conditions. Now THAT'S admirable!

The facility is clean and welcoming, convenient to enter and use. But the staff is the reason to use this clinic. They are friendly, professional and definitely love all animals. They have taken excellent care of my girls. My 11 year old dog has various health issues, mostly joint problems. With their help she continues to move and be comfortable. Comfortable enough to keep playing - she even goes to a Nosework class and is always excited to go and participate. I most definitely recommend them for all pet owners.

Amber is a saint. Our dog doesn't take to many very easily, but Amber treats her like a princess every time, and notices little things like a new collar, and talks to her just like she's her own. Dr. Lindsley is more than we could ever ask for. After our first vet moved away, we weren't sure how things would go with our picky pup. But Dr. Lindsley was up for the challenge and always goes above and beyond anything we could imagine. The personal check ins, after hours needs, literally part of the reason we still have our girl with us. Can't thank you guys enough for taking care of Violet.

From sprained legs to bad hips to kennel cough, they are always there to make you, as a pet owner feel comfortable with your pets care. I'm new to the area and needed a vet for my dog and cat. My dog, a Standard Poodle had an abscess type wound on her body which was infected. Dr. Lindsley gave her medication, and within a week and a half, she was healed and back to her old self. The entire staff we encountered were all very friendly and efficient. We love Appanasha Pet Clinic! The staff is friendly, treatment had been great for our dog, and the prices are reasonable. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule last week when our dog tore her toenail, and we recently had a dental cleaning that unfortunately resulted in several extractions, and they only charged us for the original estimate which included only one extraction. They are very caring and explain the procedures to us. We strongly recommend Appanasha!

Ended up having an issue where my dog ate a sock and ended up getting stuck in his GI tract. Issue occurred on a Monday and did not show up on x-rays. After 5 days of him suffering, the only option left was to do exploratory surgery, which found the sock. I felt the staff at Appanasha did a great job and took the correct steps. Dr. Hurlburt is my normal vet. He was not available at first and we saw Dr. Lindsley. She was good and took a cautious approach. The operation was provided by Dr. Ohlsen and believe she did a very good job. I can't say enough how the staff did, and there was not one charge for emergency care (3 visits within a week), even though the whole process could have fell into that category. I will continue to take my dogs to their facility.

They were referred to us by a former employee (thank goodness!). They were there when I desperately needed a vet that could work with our sweet boy's sudden illness and subsequent euthanasia. They stepped right in to accommodate us coming from the Emergency Referral center with just a host of issues and took great strides to explain each and every diagnosis, how they were connected and our only options. They didnt give me false hope, they didn't push me to make a choice, they gave me the info with grace. The "they I speak of is Dr. Murray Hurlburt and the wonderful Dr who was there last minute and I cannot remember her name, but I remember her kindness. We miss our sweet boy!

Our guinea pig had an abscess and we were quite worried about him. Appanasha was the cheapest and could get our guy in the soonest.The Dr was wonderful! He was gentle and took great care of our little guy.He got the abscess cleaned up and antibiotics out to us in a very short time. The whole thing was less than some clinics wanted just for the visit. True group of animal lovers. Fabulous!
