I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Everyone is kind and compassionate. They go above and beyond to help my pets get well and stay well. And in the inevitable circle of life when agonizing decisions are made, when it's time to let your pet go, you couldn't ask for more professionalism and compassion. I took my new puppy for his second set of shots and met a new vet Dr. Jay Hendley, who is there on Mondays only now. He was very polite and liked "Buster Brown", and I made my return appointment on a Monday so he can see him again. All the staff fell in love with him, and they say he is as cute as I do!

I called and asked if they do grooming, the girl said yes, I asked on Golden Doodles, she said yes and made me an appointment. I dropped my dog off at 8:15, I called at 12:15 to check on her and I was informed she still wasn’t ready. At 4 I called and said I need to get my dog to go home and get my daughter, they informed me they where working on her. I waited till 4:40 and they brought her out wet and said they where sorry they where short a doctor. Not sure what that has to do with grooming. I got her and was shocked they where told at drop off only trim 2 in no shaving they shaved my dog cut her face with huge gaps and told me she was fidgety. I called to speak to girl that groomed her to ask why and she was very rude and said my dog was matted. Which is a lie!! I called office manager and she asked me to bring dog over and she was shocked and apologized over and over and said the dog was so gapped they didn’t know what to say or do. They are refunding my money but they ruined my dogs hair.. please beware do not allow to be treated like I was or have your dog treated like mine! She was locked up all day for an absolute shaving and gapping. She was starved and thirsting to death.

Took a rescue dog and was schedule to have spayed. She became ill and when called emergency line was told because she hadn't been seen or fixed yet she wasn't established and they wouldn't call Doctor in . My dog died. The lack of caring for this young animal that had to suffer was unnecessary. Very heart broken. Quick to take money to spay my dog but not willing to help save my animals life. Disappointed.

Very compassionate and capable staff. I had a scare on Christmas but Dr. Blair was there and he handled it exceptionally. Mr. Bean has not liked vet staff for 11 years and he loves you guys. He didn’t even bite anyone. We moved here last year and got lucky calling you first. You are now my vet office for life! Thank you!

Personnel helpful and saved me a great deal on fee and rx food vs. previous vet. Only issue is that lobby can not accommodate many people with large dogs. One client stood outside with hers and I put mine in car after visiting while waited on bill.

They did a great job spaying my two girls, Maiden & Jengii. They were prompt and informative and kind. They also are willing to work with you on payments, if you ask ahead of time, in most cases. They work with Second Chance for cats as well.
