As you can read, the average of ratings that it reaches is nearly the highest, and it is based on a very large number of feddbacks, so we can say that the rating is quite credible. If many people have bothered to give their review when they are happy with the business, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place opinions when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Veterinarian belongs to the category of Animal hospital.
Such friendly and intelligent staff, much cheaper as well.
I have been taking my Rotties here for 23 years and they are always wonderful caring people.

Dr. Osborn is a fantastic Veterinarian...Unfortunately I lost my baby boy GANGSTA who was only 8 yrs old! The vet went above and beyond trying to save him
They are really great with my animals
I ready like the Oak Hill Animal hospial
Alot better people then at Raleigh Animal Clinic
they are awesome there
They are very wonderful and very affordable. I had taken my kitten there with unknown causes and they ended up keeping her for four days. They treated her so well and made sure I was informed on everything that they did to her. I am sad to say that she did pass away, but they tried their best to find out what was wrong with her. I highly recommend them.
They where very good to my dog, they have an incredible staff.
Very kind workers , amazing vet , great service , very cheap . I will come back here!
Amazing. The people here really care and are super friendly.

I took my puppy to this vet when she needed help she was so very sick I couldn't help her. They did not seem to think she was because she had to be muzzled she has always been a little spit fire. They didn't do much for her gave her a shot for her upset stomach and pepto bismol. She died 3 days later. They didn't put any heart and soul into finding out what was wrong.RIP MISSY
Only place I take my dog and cat. Great knowledgeable Dr.
They handled my mothers pets very profrssionally & when my mothers dog had to be put down they were very comforting with the pet owners
Literally I wouldn't take my animal here if they were dying. They will misdiagnosed, over charge, then get rude and say there's nothing they can do about it. 3 of my furbabies died in a week. Thanks oak Hill animal hospital. In addition to this post in 2016 this is what happen to me lastnight 1/23/18 When I first moved to Oak Hill from out of state, I started bringing my furbabies to Oak Hill Animal Hospital. That was 2007 and in 2016 my most beloved baby died. I was so hurt and frustrated because I felt like Oak Hill Animal Hospital didn't do what they should have to save her. That's because they didn't and I wrote a bad review. I moved passed that and decided that I would give them another chance. They humiliated me and refused treatment to my animals all because of a bad review that I would never have wrote in the first place if they had done their jobs. They lied to me when I knew my dog had poisened and said no, yet it was right there in chart. If you have the money they will do whatever it takes to save your animals but when you don't have money they don't care. Caring is the most important part about being a veternarian and they should be ashamed. I pray no one else loses a pet because they simply just don't care enough to save them because you aren't rich.
The staff is beyond friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.
They always take great care of my Holland Lop bun. He went to another vet and left their terrified from getting his nails trimmed. At Oak Hill, he is calm quiet, and never scared. I would definitely recommend for any pet. You all are great!!!
Best get arounf
Sometimes the wait is a little long but it's worth it. Friendly staff. Vets are wonderfu, prices are very reasonable
The only place I've ever taken my babies. My Rottweiler Hemi recently had Melanoma tumors removed one was on his lip. They were able to save his lip, keep his teeth from showing. Now he's feeling like his old self again. Playing and running, and they were amazing with him! Very helpful to me and sweet to him.
Friendly staff.
Our family has a collection of both typical and exotic pets, and Oak Hill has always handled every member of our family with love and care. We've gone to them for everything from shots for the babies to a last rest for an older fella. They've made us happy enough that we drive 30-35 minutes one way just to make sure our pets are in the best hands.
THE place to bring your animals. Courteous, fast and thorough.
they treat people & our fur babies special, very clean environment.
They always treat our furbabies with love and care
Fast and friendly
It is a good place for your animals when they do not feel good.
Took care of of my dog very quickly
They are very good with our dogs that we have taken to them. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that we had. Affordable prices also. Very nice staff.
They take care of my piggys
I had my 11 month old Lab mix spayed. My regular vet didn't accept the Spay Georgia certificates. The staff was friendly and seemed to know their stuff. They all were very supportive about my nervousness about such a big procedure on my "baby" and seem to enjoy animals. My only issue is that I still had to pay over $100 for the pre-op blood work, large breed fee, and so on after the certificate discount. But, honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal considering the service we received.
The only place where I trust them to take care of my best friend
My family and I have used this vet for years. Always have your pets' best interests in mind.
They took extremely good care of my daughter's
Very good veterinarians from the smallest to largest of all your pets and animals.
When I take my dogs the staff is always good to them and me
Thanks to all the staff for taking care of my fur baby.
Caring Dr and staff at a tough time for our 15 year old car.
They are good they know what they are doing my dog hurt his back and he is doing great thanks to oak hill vet great job
The Vet was really really good with my little shy rescue kittens.
First I would like to state that I normally do not write reviews. I however feel I need to this time so parents of pets can be aware of any issues that may affect or harm their oets. My cat was declawed at this location several years ago. One of his toes became infected, the vet said to the bone. He was on antibiotics and soaking his paw in saltwater two or three times a day. After that a hard rock like callus keeps forming. I took him back to Oak Hill Animal hospital and they said to just keep the callus scratched off. I recently, had moved to VA and took my cat in for a check up and asked the vet if there was something we could do to keep the callus from forming because he sets with his paw held up all of the time. When she looked at it and showed me I was very upset. I had not been able to hold him still long enough to see his toe by myself. Apparently when Oak Hill Animal hospital declawed him they cut off part the the pad on that toe and bone is actually showing. We may be able to put him through another surgery and pull what is left of his pad over it and work on the bone as well. This may help a little but probably not that much. What upsets me is that I understand that mistakes happen but not once did Oak Hill Animal hospital admit what was wrong and offer to fix it. All I was told was to scratch the callus off. The callus is the only thing protecting his bone at this point.
Professional staff. Knowledgeable. Reasonable.
Place is good. Just wish it was quicker to get out
All my Dr are so nice but the receptionist needs to stop being stick up
Everyone is very friendly. Although, my dog had a routine neutering and developed complications from the surgery. The follow-up bill for complications was almost as much as surgery. Sad that the consumer has to pay for their mistake.
Good doc's but wait is awful
Wonderful people. They take great care of all my animals.
I live about 35 minutes away but make the drive to this hospital very kind animal loving employees recommend for anyone with a animal.
Everyone helps me with my fur babies ! The Dr's are great ! I can call the staf will have my meds and dog food ready when I get Thier!!
Treated my sons dog very good service
friendly staff and great with your animals...
They did everything they could to save my dying dog and worked with on the bill. I appreciate everything they did for my lost friend.
They give extra goodies when you have to get icky shots! Plus everyone there is super nice! Mom says they are organized and knowledgeable.
After visiting 2 other vets, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to afford the dental procedure my senior citizen cat needed. Oak Hill was able to complete the procedure at much less and with even greater care! I highly recommend this vet office for dental procedures. They also have a great plan for vaccines at around $30 per year, for all of them.
Very nice vet, don't have to wait long, will take my animals back there.
All of the employees are nice, the doctors do everything they can to help. I've brought all of my pups here and always received great service.
Great Staff and very good prices. They will work with you the best they can to insure your animals are taken care of.
Treats your fur babies with love and compassion.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The vets here are really good with the animals. They also seem to be quite knowledgeable about things that have to do with taking care of the animals. I would recommend this place to anyone needing care for a dog or cat.
Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!
Professional care. Outstanding staff.
Have used OHAH since Dr. Swank. Love Dr. Osbourne, and have our dogs. Very friendly and really listen when you are being seen by one of the vets.
Love them takes very great care of our doggies that we hold dear to our heart thank you for all u do for them
I've been trusting my pets to Oak Hill Animal Hospital for years. They are attentive, concerned, and understanding.
They are so kind and take great care of all my pets.
Great caring staff. They listen and take time with you and answer any questions you have. Always return calls and follow up with patients.
While understanding they are a business. They could show a little compassion to animals they claim to love. I visited them the evening of 8/7/17 to try and get credit to care for a sick kitten. ( upper respiratory infection, not eating or drinking, normally IV fluid and antibiotics. Not all that expensive. ) I wouldn't have asked for any help whatsoever normally, but I've had some significant expense here recently and thought I might be able to be billed. I was turned down for a line of credit they ask you to apply for because I don't have enough open accounts. ( never believed in buying stuff you couldn't pay for. ) And they told me "unfortunately we won't be able to help you." They ignored a very sick kitten and a visibly distressed grown man. Turning her away was almost assuredly a death sentence. I'll update further if she passes as a result. Thank you, Oak Hill Animal Hospital, for helping ever so much in our time of need.
Would like to meet the new do tor
Friendly staff. Great vets
