The vet and staff are always sweet and gentle with our dogs. They are very affordable, offering nail trims for only $8. They are also very thorough with check up exams. They have saved my pomeranian's life time after time.

they care more about the money then they do about the animals. they will turn your sick or dying pet away if you can't pay up front!!. only time i use them is to have my pets fixed. they do a good job yes. but again they will not help you with your sick or dieing pet unless you pay upfront. for this reason i go to summersvill for every other need.

They care about their animals and i see alot of people talking about the money well yes they want their money but they are way way cheaper than summersville vet and they are ONLY IN IT FOR MONEY THEY CHARGE TRIPLE FOR THE SAME MEDS THAT THEY OFFER HERE AND SUMMERSVILLE WANTS A DOWN PAYMENT IF YOU HAVE A SICK PET if you dont pay they keep your animal till you can so no this vet does not just care about money they care about the animals and dont do stuff that dont need done just so they can get more money i go to summersville vet but i really hate to i try to get to central wv animal hospital any time i can

Best veterinarian ever.we are older and have had many dogs in our lifetime. Most veterinarians now just think about the money not the animals they are treating. All compassion is gone. NOT HERE. We are traveling and had an emergency. Not only did they fit us in their busy schedule, they took the best care of our older papion. She was given the Platinum treatment by all. Everyone cared about our dog, not the invoice at the end. Very refreshing. Lol

Very good vet. They are double what any other vet costs though for the same thing. I drive to a different county just to see a different vet because of the price is that much higher.

First time going was today just a toenail clipping but they were super nice and very quick and gentle with my dog and it only cost $30 even and they gave her a quick check-up like checking her ears and teeth and stuff like that plus gave her a free flea and tick chew so I highly recommend this place and will be continuing going there for my babies check-ups and toenails or whatever I may need to take her for. Thanks so much central west Virginia animal hospital for your kindness and the great work you do and did do for my baby

If it was not for them I would not have my fur babies with me today. They saved them from parvo . Prices are fantastic with great care. Thank you so much . They care about our animals and provide you with information about the treatment your farm livestock or pet animals are recieving. From my poultry to great Danes and back to goats they are knowledgeable and have reasonable prices. After surgery they call to enquire about the animal as well .personable and knowledgeable with smiles as well as compassion when times warrant.
