They have been great with my babies and me. When I had to have my best friend put to sleep last year due to cancer they were really great. I had him cremated and they for his remain back to me really fast. I love them all and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the best. They help me get another puppy and I had to take her up there for some teeth removal, it turned out to be 10 teeth all together.

This veterinary practice USED to be a great place, but I had a very bad experience recently, which leads me to believe it is NOT what it used to be. I was one of only two customers in the waiting area, and spent an HOUR waiting. My dog and I were finally taken to an exam rm where I STOOD waiting another 45 min! There are NO chairs in the exam rooms here. I finally went out to ask what was happening, and found that there was an emergency, a dog who lived there in the kennel was very ill, and staff were trying to save his/her life. I asked why they just didn't tell me that when I arrived, so I could come back at a better time or a different day. I was told that only the doctor knew about the emergency; they were not told till a few minutes prior!!! I was surprised re the total lack of communication amongst themselves. The staff then reprimanded ME for not being understanding!!! When the doc finally arrived, he was in a rush, ordered unnecessary tests and prescribed unnecessary medication. My bill was just short of $400!!! After we were dismissed from the exam room, the doc came out to the waiting area to give my dog an injection. He was in such a hurry that he would not wait till I could get my dog (who was also OVER it by now with long wait, lab draw, fecal, etc.) out from under the bench in the waiting room. He tried to give her an injection while lying in the floor, reaching under the bench for her, and she snapped at him! My dog obviously felt as mistreated as I did. She has NEVER in her life snapped at anyone. NONE of this awful scenario had to happen!!! I will not be returning to this veterinary practice. Update 10/07/18: I am posting this update several weeks after the experience described above. Animal Care Clinic posted a full refund to my credit card within a few days of the terrible experience described above. I would have posted the news here sooner, but hurricane Florence ran thru my house in SC, and I am still doing repairs. Although nothing can change the experience itself, I hope that the veterinarian and the front desk staff came to understand and acknowledged what went wrong. I appreciate their ability to put themselves in my shoes (and my dog's paws)! I am grateful. Update 10/17: Disregard what I said on 10/07/17! Just received my credit card statement, which shows that AFTER ACC CREDITED BACK the outrageous amt they charged me, they submitted another charge for a HIGHER amount!!! So there is no remorse for the way my dog & I were treated, and they felt justified to charge me even MORE!!! THEY OBVIOUSLY VALUE THE DOLLAR MORE THAN THE DOG!!!

I love ACC. They have nursed my adopted cat back to health on several occasions. She was very sick when I adopted her, and ACC was happy to break down costs for me. They always put the best interests of my kitty first. 10/10!

Hands down the best vet out there. We have 5 Italian Greyhounds that we drive 4 hours from NC to have Dr. Brown care for. He is the Italian Greyhound whisperer and I will only trust him with health crisis' with my babies. He has been amazing and much more reasonable with money than the vets near me. It costs us less to go to him than stay in our own state for vet care. We love him and are so thankful for all the help he has given our babies.

All they care about is the all mighty dollar. If I could give then 0 stars I would. They don't care to help your animals unless you can pay all upfront. Will not even allow payments. They basically told me my animal was just going to have to suffer since I wasn't able to pay upfront. My dog died the next day. I will tell everyone if you love you animal, stay away from this place....

I took my cat here to get her fixed and they were awesome. Not only did they have the best price in the area, the staff was friendly and informative. I am also very impressed by how small her incision is, you can barely even see it now.

Horrible service. Payed over half grand to get two cats fixed using laser and they didn't send them home with the e collar. One of my cats messed with her spot and it got infected. Took her back only to be told its our fault for letting her chew at it. After I payed and got in my car I was chased down in the parking lot because they forgot to charge me for this e collar this time and WANTED THEIR MONEY! DO NOT GO HERE

We've had 15 dogs at one point and this is the only place we've used. When the dogs (who were all starving strays) were treated, they had different types of problems. All were given the best treatment and I would never change vet care. The dogs, most of whom have passed away after 15 years, all seemed very happy with their treatment and so were we.

ALL they care about is the money. I had a german shepherd pup who had gotten parvo and they said she desperately needed IV's and to stay over night and since we could not afford to let her stay over night at the hospital, they were not willing to let us make payments on the bill, my pup ended up dying. They said there was nothing they could do without payment up front so they just sent us home with some antibiotics. Will NEVER bring another pet here. Go to All Creatures in Princeton, they truly love animals and are willing to let you make payments. And if you can't afford it, the vet will pay out of pocket. He even says he would open up on weekends if needed. Best place to take your pets. Screw Animal Care Center. They don't give an da*n about your pets.

Horribly disappointing. It seems like all they care about is money. I lost a baby kitten today because of their failure to give proper directions for care. They've taken "care" of 3 of my pets in the past and ripped us off every step of the way. I will NEVER let one of my fur babies be seen by this veterinary clinic EVER again. If i could give zero stars I would.

My sweet precious dog got hit by a car and ended up having to be put down. They took the time to kindly and gently explain everything as thoroughly as possible and answered all our questions. They gave us all the time we needed .... it literally would not have been possible to be more empathetic or professional. Highly recommend.
