They send out friendly reminders when it's time for vacs renewals & took great care handling my Harley's spay procedure, and were very accommodating when I had to reschedule my Boscoe's neuter procedure. The staff at this clinic are just amazing, they have fit us in twice now for an emergency visit. The first for my bulldog who had a horrible allergic reaction to a wasp sting. The second for what I thought was a stroke in my older Boston Terrier. My vet never cut corners, she did extensive tests and we figured out she actually got into her brother's CBD medicine and was high as a kite

I have two Brittany's, one about 1.5 yrs old, and the other around 4-5 years old. Both are rescue dogs from the pound. I'm trying to make them into working dogs, they were scheduled for the needle due to behavior issues ( Barking, extreme energy, escaping any enclosure, digging holes to China [ Their Passport / Visa status is invalid ], lack of obedience, etc, etc.... Anyway, I had to have the younger one's dewclaws removed, Woodland Vet Hospital was about HALF the cost for this operation compared to both of the nearby vet clinics in Vancouver. In fact, they are just better at taking the time to explain how to care for a working dog in terms of first aid in the field. I always make the drive from Vancouver to this place, its well worth the extra time and gas. Both dogs are doing well now health wise, and in fact they are both well on their way to being decent upland bird dogs. Dr. Sharman is the vet I usually work with, but the other docs are excellent too...

Love this place. I've taken my dogs there for years. My Dachshund Cici has stress seizures when she hits the vet floor. Dr. Sharman now sees her in my car. What vet ever does that? It is why I travel 20 miles to Woodland to this clinic. GREAT caring doctor and customer service. :-)

OUTRAGEOUS!! behavior via our phone conversation today with dr. Jacqueline Courneen. Called regarding advice on our 2 pets, & their illness. She was rude, continued to interrupt during my phone conversation with her, and I actually had to ask her to let me finish what I was trying to say to no avail. Our regular vet had moved his business and this was our first and absolute last conversation with this person. I cannot review on the clinic as a whole as I have not used their services. I can however, tell you that after speaking with this vet there is NO way I would ever trust my pet(s) to someone so aggressive & rude.

After making 'special 'arrangements to make my anxious dog at ease, they didn't follow through. Instead the lady vet came out (while my dog sat at her feet calmly) and said we can't give her a rabies shot. To unpredictable. As my dog sat there. She talked enough time, she could've Givin a shot. We had a plan and I'm extremely disappointed. Not once did she (lady vet) acknowledge my dog to befriend her. My dog loves everone! She doesn't like have things off schedule and to wait 20 min in parking lot then 20 in small room. She's never hurt anyone , but they 'can't give her a shot'. I don't recommend this facility period.

Went here for years but the service has gotten worse and worse. Our dog got a cut on her paw that was bleeding profusely, my wife wrapped a towel around it and went down to the woodland vet to wait for them to open. When they showed up to open they turned her and our dog away. She had filled the towel with blood and was on her second clean towel. My wife took her to the valley vet clinic in Rainer. They accepted her in and put two staple in her paw, wrapped her up and gave us a cone to put on her while she healed. Whole thing took 15 minutes. We have a new veterinarian...

Told I would need to establish care which I had planned to do if they treated a new customer half way decently! I came in for 2 booster shots albeit not much money in those! I wish I could give this place no stars but have to give it something. My best friends dog was hit by a car last night in Kalama and the closest place was this vet. I understand that we came in when it was close to closing time, but our dog had just got hit by a car and needed medical attention quickly. They took a quick look at her, half bandaged her up, and said there was nothing they could do because she was “in shock” so we would have to wait till the morning??? We have a baby and couldn’t afford to have her stay somewhere overnight so we had no other option but to take her home and hope for the best. She spent all night unable to move, bleeding, and whimpering. When we attempted to take her elsewhere today they said that the open wounds on our dog were horribly infected and it was too late to stitch them, and that she had a dislocated hip, broken rib, and punctured lung. The Woodland vet told us NONE of this last night and pretty much put some tape on her and said wait it out. If we had known it was this severe we would not have waited like we did. We are currently having to decide if we can keep her alive because of how bad she is. I am just so absolutely blown away that a vet, people that claim they love animals, could look at our dog and just turn her away without anything. We are heartbroken.
