I've been taking my dog to "Dr. Betsy" and Dr. Pastore for five years. Along with their great staff, both doctors provide some of the most compassionate and advanced care I've experienced - pretty much on par with our old vet clinic in Seattle. My dog is a bit nervous about clinic visits, but because the care is so good I've seen a tremendous acceptance with my dog. She's not so stressed out. That's probably because she's been going to the clinic for five years, but I can't deny the fact that when she see's the staff I can tell she relaxes. They're very nice to her and that makes me feel a lot better. This clinic has been around since 1990 and as a local I can't speak highly enough of this clinic and the staff.

Winthrop Veterinary Services has always taken wonderful care of our kitties..especially our accident prone one. We called for an emergency on a Sunday and Gina the vet on call that day met us at the office right away. Dr. Betsey has been a dedicated vet for many years and we so appreciate her. They have a caring and compassionate staff who are ready to assist in anyway!

Dr. Gina is an astute clinician and knows her medicine. She will go to bat for your animal and make sure she/he receives the best available care. She will consult with specialists and stays current with modern practice and methods.

I didn't feel as welcomed as I did at Valley Vet in Twisp. I didn't feel like they cared for my pet as did Valley Vet. It didn't feel or look as clean as I would expect a medical facility should be.

Although I've only visited this clinic once, for a brief visit, I immediately was happy with the staff and Dr.!! They genuinely seemed to care about my new rescue puppy, his health, and my satisfaction in the services they were providing. I could go to vets that are closer to where I live, but I would much rather go here. I will be bringing my "rescue baby", as well as my previously adopted girl back to meet their new Vet and vet family!! OH. and the rescue baby has a name now..."BEAR"!! (big smile)
