I can't say enough great things about Timberland Veterinary Hospital! I live in Graham, WA and the drive is absolutely worth it! Outstanding prices, always happy to see us, and even got me in the same day for an emergency ear draining! Everytime I go to another vet for ANY service, it is a constant reminder of how awesome this place really is! Will forever take my dog here for services and treatment!

The staff has been very understanding and helpful regarding my buddies and my attachment to all of them. I've had very good conversations about numerous possibilities for the care and sterilization of my friends (not the human ones, but maybe they can help on that front, too), and they've given me numerous options considering my limited budget. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the office is always in complete chaos! As for the quality of care that they have provided for my dogs and 10 puppies has been 10 star all the way! I delivered those 10 puppies at home on a Saturday night and when all was over my new mother became unresponsive to anything. I was terrified to say the least. I called Timberland knowing that the chances of anyone being there was highly unlikely so I was not surprised when no one answered but left a message anyway. I barely got the phone hung up and they were already returning my call. You can only imagine how relieved I was.Long story short,my new mother was only dehydrated and all ended well. I highly recommend Timberland Veterinary Clinic.

Highly Recommend!!! We would like to go about the proper channels to breed our beautiful French Bulldogs. After taking our Frenchies to a couple of local vets we were getting very discouraged because they wouldn't even perform the proper OFA exams, purely because they did not like the concept of breeding. I reached out to a few groups on Facebook to see vets that they recommended, Timberland Veterinary Hospital was highly recommended to us by several people. We drove the 5 hours to Ethel. Definitely worth it! They performed the proper exams and did not give us the run around. Planning on making the trip again when it's time to breed. They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.

I was a regular customer here for a couple of years. The doctor was often very judgemental and rude and was always running so late that I spent hours there for simple appointments. I live only a few miles away so it was very convenient for me reguardless. I remained loyal and was always courteous until they let me know they were too busy and didn't want my business anymore. I was incredibly offended after years of loyalty and thousands of dollars. I thought I would be a valued customer...

For seven years I have been driving two hours to have Dr. Cheryl do health testing on my breeding dogs. I really trust her with my dogs. She charges very fairly and I really enjoy her staff. The relaxed atmosphere is lovely.

Had an appointment for 11:40am... finally got in at 12:40pm....was told my dogs procedure would be finished by 2:40pm....doc hadn't started on dog yet. Finally as I sat in office...they started working on the dog at 3:10pm. It will be a good hour more before I get out of office. I'm not real pleased with this .

These guys helped my dog even though I didn't have an appointment and even when another clinic turned me away. I will always bring my animals here form now on. I cant express how impressed I was with my experience with them. From thinking there was no chance my bunny was going to make it they helped in every way to help him pull through like a champ. They made it look easy. Now my rabbit is doing better with a few tips on his diet and all the help they gave. My lab got sick and woulsn't hardly move so after 2 days I called the vet Saturday moning and had an appt. right away. Found out it was fish poisoning, a parasite and bacteria that is deadly in a week or 2. So glad we got the right diagnosis and treatment. Thank you Timberland!

Brought a **** in to schedule a c-section. Cheryl argued with us about doing the section and said instead to "keep watching." The day after we wanted to schedule the section, she ruptured her uterus and we lost half the puppies. Additionally the scheduled section was about $400 this one since it was an emergency was $1600. Maybe all she cared about was padding her bill?!?! She blamed it on staffing! The rest of the staff is great, just ask to see another vet, not Cheryl McDermott. The **** is no longer able to be shown.

The vets and staff are by far the best in the world. I had a dog needing a c-section this morning. Me, my girl, and all 5 of her puppies were treated with the best care ever. I have been going to Timberland Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years and my pets and I have been treated with respect, care, and compassion since the day I walked in. Dr McDermott , Dr Harvey and the staff are one in a million. I have read reviews on Timberland Veterinary Hospital and I have to laugh at some of the complaints ( and there's not many) because they are usually from people who want things done when they want it. But the staff even in peak times at the clinic are courteous and willing to help any way they can. Timberland Vet has the best prices and I cant say enough about them! I wish my own Dr.'s office was as good as my pets doctors. Kudos to you all at Timberland Veterinary Hospital. You have been there for me in good and sad times and I will forever be a faithful customer and friend. P.S. If you guys weren't so busy with faithful customers your waiting room wouldn't seen so small
