For years I've received nothing but excellent care for my dogs at My Pets Vet Clinic. For the posts complaining about wait times, of course a wait is expected -- it's a drop-in clinic. If you can gauge your visit at late morning etc. your wait is minimal. I've found the entire staff very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. And their business practices have been excellent. The Clinic is a great asset to the community.

Prices/fees are good. That said, Waits can be long and you can't make an appointment. We get a different vet each time so there is little continuity of care. Waiting area is bare bones although dog treats and coffee are available.

My dogs are always excited to come here. They see us pull up and they get all jumpy. The staff are all very friendly and have no problem sitting down with you and explaining everything from the bill to the medication to what we can expect to see. The vets themselves are super nice and treat my dogs like family. I can tell that my dogs trust them, and my dogs are a great judge of character. I never fail to get reminder emails for shot updates and things that might be going around that I should look out for. And the pricing is more than reasonable without sacrificing the quality of the care. I highly recommend this place to ANYONE who loves their animals.

Very friendly and good prices. There was some confusion about Services we were told over the phone would be provided but when we got there they told us they didn't do that. But the receptionist did find the time to figure out who we talked to and they honored what we were told on the phone. So everything was resolved after just a couple of minutes. I was impressed that they took the time to follow up with us after our visit. But particularly impressed that they stood by their word. Very thoughtful and professional group of people.

Horrible customer service. Young girl working at the counter was rude and had no manners whatsoever. Sighed and rolled eyes with no knowledge of their own policies and how things work, giving me the worst attitude. They refused service when I came an hour before they close. Never did they mention on the phone or website that the latest walk-in time on Saturday is 1PM, apparently it’s “a policy they’ve had for months”. It needs to be disclosed so people don’t waste their time and gas. Spend a little extra cash elsewhere to actually receive good service, these people are not worth it.

We arrived shortly after the clinic opened at 8. Waited 90 min. to be seen for an appointment we scheduled days earlier (they had quoted us a 30 minute check in). Nevertheless, our neutered pup was well taken care of, thank you. UPDATE: I appreciated the follow up phone call to check in with the dog cared for. FURTHER UPDATE: Our drop-in today was much more expedient. Perhaps our first time visit was an anomaly as far as wait times. Nice care by the Dr. The doctor even recalled our guy from 6 months earlier. :)

I have owned cocker spaniels for years (and endured all the medical problems known to cocker's as well as the expen$$$$e of having my beloved dogs well cared for). I've had my dogs treated by the most expensive vets and less expensive vets and have found that price and quality in the vet world are not synonymous. I recently obtained a new-to-me rescued cocker spaniel. After calling around and finding that this clinic was about 15-30% cheaper than vets nearby AND takes all visits on a walk-in basis (a huge plus for this busy mom on the go), I decided to take Tucker in for his first exam. We were quickly seen. The staff work like a real team. More importantly Dr. Ericson was a true gentleman and gentle man with Tucker. The doctor went over him carefully--I was particularly concerned about possible ear infection and possible trick knee or hip. After a personal exam of nearly 30 minutes, the doctor was still happy to stay and talk to me about the pro's and con's of various foods for Tucker. I could not be happier with the service, price or the care that Tucker received. I have read the various reviews and all I can say is that I find them hard to believe. Looks more like a smear campaign than actual testimonials.

Took my kitty here when he was having bladder issues. Even though they can be short-staffed (many of the vets and techs there are volunteers) I never had to wait long or got slipshod care. Very friendly, very clean, and went out of their way to comfort my poor Stupicabra when he began to shiver with fear on the exam table. He's kind of an idiot. But they don't mind. They love him anyway, just like I do. :)

Our trainer recommended this hospital and we really liked this clinic. We found that they are practical and not money minded. The vaccines used do not contain mercury and are dosed as per the weight of the dog. Most of other hospitals put high quantities of vaccines causing the animal to have nausea. The rates are very low compared to other hospitals.

I am a Yorkshire Terrier breeder and I went to my pants last year to have my fifteen-year-old Bella put to sleep from old age. They were compassionate, patient, and for the for euthanasia it was only $15. We took her body home with us to bury and two days later I got a beautiful card in the mail that had been signed by the entire staff. I was so impressed and so touched by the amazing vets and staff and the prices are the absolute best. I am now taking my newborn letters to have their tails docked and dew claws removed and to get vaccinations for rabies for all of my brood of Yorkies.

I have been to this clinic since it opened, they have a great staff. Everbody can have a bad day and everyday is not a routine visit as life can be crazy sometimes living on a farm. I'm thankful to have a clinic I can trust, who cares not just for my pets but for me too, when I had to say goodbye to our family kitty Chicka. They took good care of the boys and got them “fixed” up. I have been going here forever, I trust them with my fur-babies.

I'd given zero if I could. Just came back from vaccinating my dog. This clinic is first come, first serve, so after waiting one hour and half and my dog being the next in line, they got somebody in instead of us because that dog was seeing the vet! And he had just arrived there, so their excuse was, he is seeing the vet (will be paying more than you) so you have to wait. Next, my bill says they gave my dog a "Corona" vaccine, but not the DHPP vaccine. I asked why they gave my dog this vaccination without my consent and they said it was a typing error....how do I even know they gave my dog the right vaccination? This was not my first bad encounter with them, i had my (same) dog spayed there and 30 mins after surgery she started bleeding, I took her back to My Pet's vet clinic and their answer was our x-ray/ultrasound machine is broken, but you can take her to an emergency hospital and we will pay for the services. They never paid anything. I called them to request refund and they just said, sorry but is not our fault that your dog bled. To this date, I can feel my dog's inside wire stitches put on her from being spayed, to which they said is normal. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! Yes, it's cheap, but your dog is worth way more than that!

The prices make this a 5 star. Services provided by this clinic is nearly 1/3 of the cost charged by nearby Veterinarians. Caring, friendly staff. This is a clinic!! Walk ins only. Since animals are seen by level of importance. Depending on what's going on, it can take some time to see a vet. Like I said it's a clinic not an appointment based vet. So stop writing negative reviews because you had to wait. Go-to a vet's office by appointment and pay 3 times the amount instead.

Awful, don't go here. My son took my dog in for a routine blood test to get his medications filled. After an hours wait, when there wasn't anybody else in waiting room, they lost the blood work and now refuse to refill his medications without coming in there again.

Came here with my cat, the prices are decent. The staff is friendly sometimes. the lack of communication with you about the status of your animal is borderline incompetent. You essentially have to do their job for them when it comes to keeping track of what you have had done for your animal. Went back and looked at my receipts. They charged us for a vaccine but did not administer it. Until the charges are reversed it will stay one star. Edit: Apparently he did get a vaccine. Not sure what to believe anymore. Edit: No one has any idea what they are giving your pet, vaccines are missing, records of what has been given to your animal all of a sudden appear. Notes are kept on sticky notes in files and lost regularly. If you have the money, go somewhere else. A otherwise great nurse and veterinary staff are undermined by a lack luster front desk staff.

I have been taking my cats there for a few years because I could no longer afford my regular vet, although I loved them. This clinic has been outstanding. A few months ago when my male cat collapsed in their office they called ahead to the emergency room to tell them I was coming and they were very caring towards me. My cat eventually died at the emergency room and I received a condolence card from this clinic. I have found them to be nothing but caring and compassionate here. They take their time to diagnose and when they need to send you to a specialist they do. I cannot imagine the negative review even happening because i have never seen anything even close to that in the time I have been there. Please try them out and see for yourself - I was recommended by a friend and have been nothing but happy since.

Great prices and the staff is nice. I've never had a bad experience overall. It's a walk in, longest we've waited is 45 minutes to see the vet with 3 others ahead of us. Its easier to just show up early period. Free nail trim with exams. Vaccines are great prices, no exam needed for vaccines. Makes life easier.

'Gypsy' seems to be Dakota's favorite person...she looks for her when we go in. All the vets and assistants are great...and of course, the price is the best!

I've been coming here for several years, mostly routine things. The Pros: It's very affordable comparatively speaking. The Cons: The wait time is ridiculous because they don't take appointments. During the last 2 visits, I've waited a total of 3.5 hours until I could get in to see a doctor. First time, they skipped over my name on the list and today they had an unscheduled surgery (which you don't find out about unless you ask). In the meantime, you're expected to sit on these incredibly hard benches. I see a lot of staff milling around but haven't a clue as to why they are so poorly run and have so little regard for their client's time. If you value your time, go someplace else.

My first time I went there it was to neuter my dog and they were really good! He did really well, and the price was fantastic. After that, I'm always bringing my baby here for what I need: check up, vaccines, bravecto, nail trimming... everything.

Please keep in mind, I have brought four of my dogs here for over 14 years. I have purchased hand sanitizer for the patrons and candy for the staff.I have never had a problem with the staff, until recently. This rating reflects particular staff, new management, not the Doctors at all! Dr Thomas has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the years. Some time back, the front lobby was quite busy.I noticed a vet tech not doing anything while others were hard at work. We had been waiting an hour and forty minutes, before someone came out and told her, she had nail clippings and vaccines to do. I believe this is the starting point for the upcoming issue, as we were next for vaccines. Much later I came in wanting my dog to be seen for allergies that had become quite bad.She had been seen for this every year prior, since she was a pup.They explained that they were busy and couldn't see her.I asked if we could just refill her scripts, but they stated she had to be seen, and that I could bring her back then on Saturday. Thinking I didn't want her to suffer, scratching and biting her feet raw, said "okay I am very disappointed and guess I will take her elsewhere. I did then, bring her to another vet. That vet called over and got my dogs records. Unfortunately that vets prices were two and a half times more expensive, than any vet in this area. That Sat I came back, as suggested and was told, they were to busy to be seen. This is now becoming extremely frustrating. So I said to Crystal " okay she got prescriptions at the other vet can u fill them or squeeze her in." She stated she would go and check. The next thing I know this somewhat literate person comes out saying " We can't help you, you threatened to take your dog elsewhere,and it look like you have done this for years." I was like no I haven't. This person continued to verbally assult me, and berrate me for no apparent reason. The facts that were being shouted at me weren't even correct. So I just said to myself there is no way to reason with an uneducated person.I stated " this is how your treated after shelling out countless dollars, for over 14 years?, I am done I will not be back". I then took my pet immediately to a vet in Bellevue.When this vet called for my dogs records, they were told they will not send them and the owner will have to pick them up. I laughed and had them call the vet we went to in the interim, who were more than happy to assist. This particular vet tech who was obnoxiously rude , lazy and ignorant, is going to be bad news for this clinic, patrons, and the vets business. I am not sure of the techs name, but, portly, round stocky w/short/ curly/brown hair. A great place to take your pets, but don't take them anywhere else! You'll be shunned , berated, and excommunicated, by the Almighty vet assistant.

Great place if all you want or need is vacinations, spay or neuter. As they are cheap. If you have a sick pet dont waste your time. They will leave you waiting for an hour to tell you we are not able to help you and then charge you for it.

The vet was precise at diagnosing a complex issue with our little girl, she looked over her previous records and discussed all of my concerns. I'd definitely recommend this vet.

We had to have our 14 year old cat euthanized in July. The office staff was so compassionate and caring. She took us into a room as soon as she knew why we were there. Two doctor's came in, they did not question our decision or judge us, they were very warm and caring. They made a very difficult situation as good as it could be. We were able to stay in the room afterwards for as long as we needed. The cost was very minimal. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to this clinic for my cats since they were Vets for Less and they are the best! I had to have my 19 yr old cat put down several years ago, very traumatic but the staff was very compassionate even sending me a condolences card which every staff member had a little message, even the veterinarians. I would definitely recommend them for your dog or cat.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER BRING AN ANIMAL. THEY ALMOST KILLED MY POOR CAT BY OVER TREATING HIM WITH MEDICINE. I ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE HIM TO AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL AND SPENDING 3500.00 DOLLARS TO FIX HOW THEY MESSED HIM UP AND NOW HE HAS TO STAY ON SPECIAL FOOD FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I went here to have my dog Tia spayed. I called and asked about the pricing and they said it was $100 for getting her spayed, which includes everything. Negatives: -Told 20 minutes for check-in, took an hour, late for work. -Was told spay included everything for $100, it was actually just the surgery. -Pain meds not included $15. -Pre-surgery blood work not included $30. -Dog was in heat, told it would be $10 extra, was actually $35 extra. -Was supposed to be sent home with neck collar, didn’t get one. -Was supposed to be sent home with toothbrush b/c we had teeth cleaned also, didn’t get one. -Wife waited 1.5 hours to get our dog checked out. -Employee smoking tobacco vapor right at front counter and blowing it into the room/customers. Coupon I had: $65 Price I was supposed to pay: $147 w/tax Actual Total Price: $220 w/tax Since I was quoted wrong and kept getting upcharge, we complained, they said there was nothing they could do. I spoke to the manager and she said she would call by Monday-Tuesday after she talks to her director. Haven’t received a call.

This clinic is a great place to get your dog vaccinated. It cost half as much as my regular vet for my dog's annual vaccines. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the vet tech who administered the vaccines, was very pleasant to deal with and got me in and out as quickly as possible. This is a walk-in clinic so there can be a bit of a wait if you come at a busy time, but as long as you're aware of this, it's a great clinic to bring your pet to!
