I have had a long history with this vet. They were there for me and my Maddison through her whole life. They were sensitive and kind to the last rough year and I couldn't have asked for a better team to be there for us. They walked me through different treatments, going over what I could afford and what was necessary or hounestly just to late to help her. They are so great now with my two kitties that have some health issues but have true compassion and care for them, even calling up after emergency stays to make sure they are still doing alright. If you want a great team that are patient, loving, and understand of your needs and the reality of life and a budget...then this is were you need to take your fir children.

Excellent Staff. Super helpful. My dog loves going there even though its only for minor procedures or to get a nail trim. Were a little higher priced on flea medication but with the price of their services I understand they gotta make a buck some where so I don't fault them.

The people at Kulshan are the sweetest most kindest people in the vet field. We took our elderly dog to them to be put down because the vet in birch bay square turned us down because he wanted to do a work up on her and it would take days and she did not have days she was in pain. But kulshan understood and helped us take her to a better place. Thank you so much, you made her comfortable and happy.

We felt our Persian was suffering an ear infection. We called around and found Kulshan could see our cat in the afternoon. From the time we entered the building we were treated in a first class manner. From Check In to Check Out was an extremely comfortable experience. They love all types of animals and the way they handle your pet shows it. Although farther away from our home, we will continue to patronize this fine establishment in Lynden.

Great vet for any pets you may have. They were great with helping treat our pet mice (including humane euthanasia when the time came), and were very clear about what they were doing at all times and why. My cat, who has seen a small handful of vets over his 14 years, had never been as calm as he was when with Dr. Fisher. I was amazed; he seemed to know that he was in trustworthy hands.

I took my bunny here for a check up because he has been suffering from chronic ear infections. The vet gave him a very thorough check up and recommended that I take him to an exotic expert. I'm glad this vet was honest and let me know that the situation was more than he was able to take care. I do recommend this place for bunny check ups!

Great service, we always seem to have things that happen overnight that don't warrant going to the emergency vet, but need to see a vet in the AM and they always fit us in to see us. We are really grateful for this. We have seen a few different doctors and they have all been wonderful. They never tried to push us into care we didn't need just to make money and they seem to genuinely care. Recently my 13.5 year old dog was having some issues and I was worried about the worst case scenario, luckily they were able to diagnose the problem and treat her without being too invasive or stressful for her and now she is on the mend and feeling better! One of the best vets in the area!

Always Available Helpful and Sensitive to our #littlejellythechihuahua 's needs. This is the best vet in the county to deal with Hydrocephalus (brain swelling that causes seizures in dogs) which is what Jelly has. I totally recommend them to anyone who has a pet suffering from this disease.

I brought my sick guinea pig here and though they say they treat all animals the vet was not qualified to treat my pig. After he sedated her and trimmed down her front teeth she did not improve. I followed up and they referred me to the bird and exotic animal clinic in Bothel, WA. The vet at the exotic clinic informed me that all of my pigs teeth were extremely overgrown, including the two the first vet at Kulshan trimmed. My poor pig suffered for so much longer than she should have. Do not take your small animals here.

A vet from this clinic performed a pre-purchase check on a horse for us. The vet was flexible (originally we intended to bring the horse to them, but a strong windstorm made that infeasible, so they met us at the location of purchase), punctual, thorough and professional. He explained each test as it was conducted, explained all of the results from the tests, and answered all of our questions in a clear and concise manner.

This is my absolute favorite veterinarian facility. If you have an emergency this is definitely the place to go to, of course during their regular business hours. Maybe you are a new puppy owner and need a well puppy exam you cannot beat the compassion of the whole staff at Kulshan veterinary and clinic.

I thought they were very unprofessional, unprepared and inconsiderate. LACK of communication!!! I had made reservations for boarding our 6 month old puppy at Kulshan, so my entire family could go see my daughter graduate Air Force basic training on 12/27/18. After making the reservation almost 1 month ahead of time I thought I was set. We were due to leave 12/25/18. I went to drop him off 12/24/18. They showed me back to an exam room. Basically they cancelled the reservation, on the day that I was dropping him off and during the busy holidays. I had no other place to leave him. Per the office manager my puppy had an incident at his last appt. The person that took him back had to muzzle him. You'd think that they would have other resources besides that. Anyways, they NEVER told me that information until that day. I would have definitely taken different precautions if I would have known. I remember that appt. in Sept. I remember thinking that I was not comfortable not going back with him, but I trusted them. Our puppy has a slow to warm up personality. I wish they would have been more patient with him. I don't know exactly what happened at that last appt. Kulshan had that info. about my dog BEFORE I showed up for boarding and they NEVER communicated their concern or that there would be a problem with him being kenneled there, until I tried to drop him off. Jeopardizing our trip.
