Brought my dog here for urine testing because she has had UTIs and bladder stones in the past. I sent an appointment request online and they called me back within a few hours. The staff was nice and welcoming. Dr. Jensen was great with my dog, who was anxious. The doctor explained everything and I felt heard and informed about what was being done and why. I would bring my other animals here.

Dr. Toni Jensen, Allison, and the staff are hands down the best in our area. I had taken my dachshund, Scooter, to nearly every Vet on the Penninsula over a two year period, and not one Vet could tell me why my dog was so sick. Then I met Toni, during her internship. We had to rush Scooter in for yet another emergency visit, he was so sick. When Toni brought him to us to take back home she asked if I ever had him tested for Cushings Disease. I had never even heard of Cushings Disease until that very day. Of couse I took him in for the test, and he did unfortunately tested posative. It was at that moment made up my mind that she would be my Vet. I had to wait until she opened her own practice, I counted the days, and she was worth the wait.She went on to care for my Scooter and his little brother Dobby. She cried with us when we found out Dobby had Cancer, and again when we when we had to say goodbye, first to Scooter, and then to Dobby 3 short months later. Dr. Jensen added months to the life of my dear friends dog, Goldie the boxer, who was severely ill, and also undiagnosed, despite the fact that she was under the care of another Vet. She won the award for best Vet in Sequim, atleast two years running, (probably more, I now have young dogs so we arent in nearly as often.) and its is likely she will win it every year that she is in practice. I am her biggest fan, and cheerleader. It has been an honor to watch her practice thrive and grow, as long as she has her practice she will be my one and only Vet. Now she cares for our boy Riley the dachshund, and Gidget the Chihuhua. She is a rock star in my personal opinion, so if you are searching for a great Vet on the Olympic Penninsula, you wont find anyone better than Dr. Toni Jensen and her amazing staff.

About a year ago we switched to Hurricane Ridge Vet Hospital from another vet clinic in town. Our old beagle was starting to decline and when various things popped up, he needed to be seen sooner than our previous vet could get him in; which was about a 2-week waiting period for an appointment. When we called Hurricane Ridge to initiate the change, they could see us that exact same day! I must say that that remained true for the last 12 months of our beagle’s life. They were always, always, always able to see him within a day. Dr. Borg managed his back pain so well for him and made him comfortable so that he could enjoy life and his walks. We also made a few after-hours calls over the past year and the on-call vet was always incredibly responsive. Last month when our boy let us know that it was his time to go, Dr. Borg was out of town. Nevertheless, Dr. Jensen knew exactly who we were when we brought him in to be put down. Before Dr. Borg had left for his time off, he let Dr. Jensen know about our case. Dr. Jensen actually cried with my husband and I when our boy was passing over the Rainbow Bridge. That really touched us deeply. But the continuity of care for our beagle between the 2 vets there was incredible! We have since switched our other dog and cat over to Hurricane Ridge as well because we are so satisfied with their practice. Top to bottom, they are all top notch; from Kayla, the receptionist, to the vet techs, to Dr. Borg and Dr. Jensen. We have our complete trust in the clinic staff as a whole that our fur babies will always be well taken care of when they go there.

We saw this vet a few times with a new puppy while in the area. They were very friendly, helpful, and really worked with our travel schedule to make sure we could get her most of her vaccinations while here. She even caught one flea and got her on medication (we don't get fleas where we're from). I was really surprised to find such a great vet in such a small town. I've had a much harder time replicating the experience in bigger cities, so thank you so much Hurricane! I'd highly recommend taking your pet here if you are anywhere close. After leaving, our dog got an eye infection, and we were tempted to drive the three hours to have them see her. I wish I had!!
