Highly recommend! All the folks are extremely kind, which is what every pet owner hopes to find in any veterinary clinic. I'm extremely grateful to all the folks that works here and how incredibly nice and kind they are and the wonderful service they provide for pets. I had an emergency with one of my dogs and called them and they were able to see him shortly after. I was practically a mess but they were all so nice and put me at ease. It's hard watching your dogs gets old but I'm happy for these folks and thanks for being so sweet to my little guy and taking such good care of him.

Dr. Gengler is amazing! Anytime I have a question or worry about my kitty, they are able to get me in, and resolve the issue. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Gengler since 2008, and I won't see anyone else! Scheduling is easy, and costs are great value for what I am paying for. Her staff is amazing, and always treats me (and my furrbaby) with compassion and respect.

Honestly Dr. Gengler is the best vet around. Between 3 dogs and a cat I feel like Duvall vet is our home away from home. The staff is always cheerful, amazing and super helpful. I couldn't ask for a more caring compassionate veterinarian, she is truly the best and cares for the health and welfare of your animals. Thank you to each and everyone of you for making Duvall Veterinarian such a kind hearted, caring and uplifting place!!

I was misquoted costs by James for exams and rabies vaccinations for two cats and when this was brought to the attention of the doctor she only made excuses and refused to budge to correct the error caused by her employee who has been with them for one month, with no previous experience in the veterinary field. I was a new client and I left with the interpretation that anything that may go wrong will never be acknowledged as their problem. The doctor was also less than personable and did little to show compassion for my pets. Too bad I have to give them at least one star, they don't deserve any.

i picked this vet because of all the wonderful reviews i read and my boyfriend took our lil guy toby for the first visit the other day. he told me all about how great they were and they even called to check on him and see how he was doing post vaccinations. thank this vet is amazing! we scored big time!!

My puppy created an infection after being neutered. 105 Temp...Brought him in and in 7 hours all they did was give him an IV. No antibiotics! They kept calling and wanting to run more and more tests and it's pretty apparent it's 3 days after surgery he's probably got an infection. They had blood work ran for tick disease... What? He's inside with a cone on his head laying around. They wanted chest xrays too and I finally questioned why no antibiotics I finally drove in told them to give me my dog back. They finished the IV and decided maybe a doze of antibiotics were needed... At 5pm. That should have been done hours ago. Racking up my bill instead of taking care of the problem. What other unnecessary tests can we run? I sat in the lobby and listen to the doctor talk to other patients with their animals. It was Unreal the stuff they were suggesting their animals go through. It was clear to me that they're there to make money at your expense. I have had my records pulled and I will not return ever! By the way CPR is $300! I don't know about you but I do that for free if someone dies in front of me.

Duvall Veterinary Hospital is the best. I recently moved to the area with my rescue ACD. He is a hurricane rescue with many fears due to his trauma.He has been known to clear out a vet clinic. At Duvall Vet Clinic, he remained somewhat calm and seemed to like the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this wonderful clinic.

Contacted today by new owners claiming I didn't pay 5 years ago $90 which I did in cash!!! They are sending me to collections over a paid account do they can get $?! Who keeps cash vet records of an exam for 5 years?! Obviously new owners are only after $

Even though I live in Everett, I make the trip to Duvall just to have my furbabies taken care of by Dr. G. She has taken exceptional care of both my dog and cat and always treated them with compassion and skill. Also, my dog is highly anxious around people, but always accepts treatment there with trust. Can't recommend enough.

Since moving to Duvall, our pets have always had great care at Duvall Veterinary Hospital. I have an older miniature poodle mix who has some medical issues that need to be addressed usually pretty quickly. I've always been able to get an appointment when needed. I believe Duvall Veterinary saved my poodle after she got into something toxic while at a pet sitters last summer. I thought I was going to lose her, but with the care and guidance of Dr. Gengler she is alive and doing well. The staff is wonderful and friendly and are considerate of both my pets and myself. I trust the staff and Dr. Gengler with all of my pets medical needs. I'm extremely satisfied with the services of Duvall Veterinary Hospital.

Dr Michelle Gengler has been taking excellent care of our two pets, Millie and Mr Elliot (dog and cat respectively) since we moved to Duvall 4+ years ago. Since Millie is an older Labrador she’s had a lot of health issues and Dr G has saved her life surgically several times now - doesn’t charge a fortune either. Millie loves her and never makes a fuss at the office, and even the cat stays fairly calm. There is some competition among vets in this area, but we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our furry family!!

I am so happy to have found a great veterinarian hospital. My dog had skin and allergy issues. The vet made a treatment plan that fixed the problem. My dog looks and feels so much better. Their service was prompt and everyone was very friendly.Their office crew is just the best. They were so kind and gentle with my dog. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Michelle Gengler and staff go above and beyond. I have never experienced my pit bulls being so welcomed and treated so well, they're even excited to go. Huge relief to find a place who cares for my dogs as I would.

Dr. Gengler helped my lab pass a large plastic bag he consumed that caused him to have a bowel blockage . Our beloved lab for sick on a Friday morning . He spent 2 days at the vet with IV fluids to try and lubricate his bowels and give them more motility. The low intervention treatment worked and helped avoid surgery . She even let me take him for a walk to try and relieve the object. He pooped the long, long item out 5 minutes into this walk with the IV catheter bandaged in his forearm. The whole staff shared in great excitement and pure joy that the item was passed and surgery was avoided . Creative, attentive and caring service.

I was so sad to see Dr Seivers go and was skeptical to try new vet. My dog Lucy has had two surgerys there and all her shots. I really like the new vet, she seems like a really talented surgeon. All three of our visits have been great and Lucy has healed wonderfully The office staff and assistants were very helpful. So happy to have another great vet in the valley!!

First time experience with Duvall Vet Hospital and very disappointed. I Brought my 2 yr old mix breed, still a bit of puppy in her so she has a bit of wiggle but follows directions without fail. She gets a bit nervous when visiting the vet and usually will want to hide behind me. I mentioned this up front. The vet when interacting with otter and myself was very detached, made me feel like we were an inconvenience (like she needed to be somewhere else) and exhibited blaming behaviors towards my pup when my pup hid behind me. The vet also just left after examining my pup, no debrief no goodbye just left. Her staff were sweet and kind but also I felt disorganized. I felt like I had to remind them several times of what needed to be examined and was misquoted on the price charges for services when calling a head before making the appointment. So I'll be off in search for another vet somewhere in Seattle. Wish me luck.

They are fine, There is just something better about the staff, service, and compassion here. Seriously, I will drive the 25 miles, in rush hour, for my dogs, and my piece of mind...

I adopted my dog Axle and just days after he developed hives all over his body, I brought him here and since than the staff and doctors have been the most helpful people! They are all amazingly friendly with animals and personable! It took time and trying a few things but now he has been clear for the last week thanks to all of them and there help, I strongly recommend this place if you need a vet for your animals. They are amazing ! I'm so glad to have them so close to home.

Fantastic doctors and they always spend enough time with you and your pet to make sure you are comfortable with any explanation or instruction. The only thing that keeps them from 5 stars is that the wait is typically long (but that is clearly related to the quality of service) so it's a trade off.

When I come in with my Bodhi everyone always gets excited and we feel very welcomed. We just started coming here in February after we got our pup and Dr Gangler and her staff have been very generous and kind to us. Bodhi is only a year old and has gotten sick a few times but they’ve been able to figure out what is wrong and what he needs to get better. This last time, my Bodhi Had a runny nose and on the third night he coughed ALL NIGHT. I was so worried so I called as soon as Duvall vet opened - they were full for the day, but were able to fit him in and since then he got the meds he needs and is feeling much better! Thank you guys !

My puppy is a bit people shy and I have been working with him on this. During our last visit, I felt he had improved significantly. However, he still shied away when the tech brought out the stethoscope. When Dr. Gengler entered the room she didn't knock and I didn't have a chance to have my dog sit and wait. Being a puppy, he was excited by the sudden appearance of the new person in the room. Dr. Gengler seemed frustrated as she repeatedly told him to sit in a demanding voice. She also chastised me for not enrolling him in obedience classes and asked, in an accusatory way, if I've ever owned a German Shepherd. (I have and was fully aware of their temperament when I adopted him). She also stated "it is difficult to do examinations on a shy dog." This interaction left me feeling that Dr. Gengler was not willing to work with my dog if his people shyness does not improve. This was the second time she asked me if I've ever owned this breed and I felt she was trying to shame me. It also left me wondering what she does with dogs with more severe behaviour issues. Based on this last experience, I don't trust Dr. Gengler to be alone with my dog and will not be returning. That being said, the rest of the staff is very sweet and helpful.
