Molly (my dog) visited DuPont Vet Clinic for the fifth time yesterday. The past three visits have been with Dr. Baker. I like Dr. Baker's approach to managing his "patients" and their owners. He gives honest assessments and he doesn't push where it's not necessary. He is sensitive, but realistic dealing with animals. The staff is helpful and the staff members genuinely like animals. The pricing doesn't break the bank. I would recommend the DuPont Vet Center to anyone having pets in DuPont.

Great facility, perfect for pets! Friendly staff, from making appointments to the Doctor himself. They are quick and efficient but never make you feel rushed. They even spent time answering my 6 year old daughter’s questions! They check in after appointments to see how your pet is doing. I get reminders as to when I need to schedule for routine appointments. Every time I’ve been fully informed on my options for care as well as the prices of those options. Dupont Veterinary Center is amazing!

I took my fur baby there for the first time. We just moved here from Germany and were only aware of the necessary shots he needed for international travel. The vet and her assistant were awesome! They made my boy feel comfortable and informed me of additional health concerns with his breed and what I can do to be proactive against them. Then they called me a few days later to make sure he didnt have any reactions to his shots. I may just be used to how inexpensive vet visits are in Europe but I thought this place was a bit pricey...Great service overall though!!!

I have been to 4 different vets around jblm area! And this vet is by far the best. They have great customer service and welcomed me and 2 dogs and 7 puppies. The staff treated my animals like their own. And was very loving. Would recommend them to anyone.

My puppy Russell, became ill only 2 days after bringing him home. Dr. Baker and his staff recognized the signs of Parvovirus and had me bring him in immediately. They met me in the parking lot since it is such a contagious virus. Testa confirmed Russell had Parvo, so they were able to put him in their isolation unit to get him on medication and IV. Their great care and immediate treatment helped Russell survive Parvo. I’m so happy to have this wonderful Veterinarian and his staff in DuPont!

The staff is friendly to the people and animals, and Dr. Baker is amazing! He talks us through what's happening and gives us a plan of care and teaches us what should be done. He is happy to answer any questions we might have and repeatedly tells us if we have any worries at all to just give him a call. My fur baby has been his patient for 3 years now, and I have been happy with his care. Everyone here is kind. You can't find another place like this one!

Very friendly and informative. They are really polite and nice to our dogs. They make you feel welcomed and try their best to answer your questions. Prices are semi high but I come from a small town. You do have to pay separate office visit fees per animal which adds up fast. My prior vet just charges one. I return here because we are treated well.

Incompetent and overpriced. I took my dog there a month ago for a neck wound and he was treated by Dr. Baker. One month later and the wound is worse than before. So I take him back and was quoted another $350. Malpractice for lack of better terms. This is the second issue with this clinic. Your high rent for your location is not MY problem.

By far the best Vet experience my wife and I have had with our rotti pup. Clear expectations on what needs to be done and anything additional is up to you without pressure. Most affordable vet I have been to. They managed to successfully trim our pups nails without any fuss and no forcible restraint. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for someone who truly cares about every pet and owner that walks through their doors.

We really love this place! The staff is always friendly and our wait time is never long. We love how Doctor Kendrick interacts with our dog and how she takes time to answer any questions we may have. Basil loves it here too, I'd recommend bringing your pet in for a visit!

We had just moved to the area and did not have a regular vet when our senior husky developed secondary glaucoma. DuPont Vet Center was able to fit us in for an exam and surgery within days of calling. The care provided was excellent, all staff members we met were caring, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. The vets stayed in communication every step of the way on the day of surgery and everyone there really went above and beyond during our experience. We're very thankful to have found this wonderful team of people!

Dr. Baker is an amazingly compassionate and understanding person, let alone our family's Veterinarian. We met him when he was practicing at a different facility. He immediately won our favor and the trust of our dog (Tarasque) who can be very selective when it comes to people he trusts. When he moved to Dupont, we knew we had to keep him as our pet's provider. Even though this is not nearby, we don't mind the drive to get the kind of care a pet owner can only dream about. We have always had great experiences with his clinic and his staff. Everyone seems genuinely excited to see our "difficult" Dogue de Bordeaux, and show him love and patience as they work with him. All our dog's care decisions are made with the best intentions and we are always consulted for our thoughts. Dr. Baker has always kept the safety of his staff, and the well being of our dog at the forefront of the decisions for how to best care for our beloved pet. I recommend anyone who has not gotten "personal" service from their vet and is looking for a permanent place to get the best quality care to give Dr. Baker a shot. We can't say enough kind things here to express our gratitude. Just mentioning Dr. Baker at home causes my dog to perk up and want to go for a visit.

Love having a good local vet here in Dupont! Dr. Baker is very personable and asks questions that shows he cares about the health of our dog and not adding on unnecessary costs. The vet techs are always so kind and always say that our whiny dog was no trouble. Military discount is helpful too! Would love to keep this office a local secret, but I highly recommend to all who live in the area.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff really welcomed my two Labradors. Despite my dogs being a large breed, the exam room was an ideal space for both pets to be in without being crowded. Dr. Baker was very knowledgeable in tending to my Labradors needs. It was such an easy transition from their regular AR. Vet. To this vet. The staff had already received my labs medical records prior to their first appointment here in DuPont. I was very impressed with their professionalism. With my eldest 8 1/2 lab, Ivy, Dr. Baker was able to continue her pain management and add a holistic medicine to help with her organs and pain. He was optimistic and ready to help Ivy continue to have a great quality of life by checking everything that could be checked. Dr. Baker even suggested getting Charles, Ivy's son, checked for his hip and bone health being that his mother has been showing signs of health problems. He is very concerned with each pet that walks through that door. He and the staff treat each pet as family. That is how all animal clinics should be. We should all have the same goal of giving our pets the best life. They do so much for us and are so loyal. This is a superb clinic to take your pets to. You and your pet will be welcomed into this additional family. I am thankful that we found this veterinarian clinic. So are my babies, Ivy & Charles. They were never scared or displayed any distress while they were there getting their exams and follow ups. That is very important and is a tell tell sign by how your pet responds to the environment and staff. My pets loved it. Best of wishes. -They do offer a military discount as well. -Very clean and open facility with spacious exam rooms.

Where to begin! Dr Kendrick and office manager Jerry are honestly the best we’ve had for our 2 kitties, Ice Cube and Coco. They both worked with us to pay for a costly surgery for Coco and they squeezed time in to see our Ice cube. I highly recommend, we’re so very grateful for them, and the entire DuPont staff!

This office was truly outstanding. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Have only been a couple of times but the wait time after coming in was either non existent or a few minutes before we got put into a room. I love that in the exam room there wasn’t the traditional cold stainless steel table, the assistants and doc got down to our dogs level to check, apart from a quick weigh. My dogs have never been more comfortable at a vet clinic than here. I will say that the prices are hefty considering if you look around fairly local, but for the piece of mind in quality, service, and lowered stress on our furry family members, it’s worth it. Now staff seems like it’s ran a little rugged, but I don’t know their internals if this is that they just don’t have enough staff yet or need another vet, or if it’s just efficient for through put. Either way, it didn’t affect service to me. I just feel like the women up front stay busy and wanted to give a shout out for them.

I don't currently have any pets, but my sister has two cats(Devon Rex), that they are the vet of choice. The cats are old, and have some "old cat" health issues, that the clinic seems to be taking care of, in a very professional and competent, as well as very friendly, part of the family manner. Two plus thumbs up.
