We have been going to your vet for years. We had our cat 9 years ago put down our 7 year old snoopy has went here constantly. This is the first time i am disgusted and angry and cannot believe how horribly myself my sister and these poor kittens were treated. I could have had them put down but no that was not an option. i was told to push fluids and the antibiotic with Dr. Giffey knowing damn well these babies were going to die. Now instead of having them already gone and to rest i get to watch them suffer. They are dying now, me having to watch them shut down hour after hour knowing everything i was told to do is worth nothing. You people really knew this, that they were dying and now we all must suffer. i will NEVER come to your place again and will tell everyone to stay away as well. hope you all can sleep at night knowing what you have done.

I can not express how impressed and GREATFUL I was with my experience at Chehalis Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Fay was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was more caring and aware of our feelings than I would expect from a family member. Dr. Fay SAVE MY DOGS LIFE! She was the second vet that we saw. Dr. Fay saw something the other vet did not and had to perform surgery that day. After the surgery Dr. Fay went above and beyond in the way that she cared for our baby boy and made sure we knew how to take care of him. Thanks to Dr. Fay my girlfriend and I can continue to say that we are proud owners of a 1 year old Chocolate Lab named GRIFFEY. Thank you Dr. Fay we love you.

I've only visited a few times, it came highly recommended from a trusted family member. The staff is kind and considerate. Our smaller dog went for his shots, I stayed with him, he was given treats, and was gently checked over. He did well, they kept him calm, and it was a quick visit. Recently our bigger dog gave us a scare by getting into human medication, they handled it wonderfully. I brought her in and she was seen quickly, we went over the possible medications and doses, what the concerns were, options, and decided on a plan of action. Most of the medications were found later, at home. She's fine but it could have been worse. I'm grateful for how everyone there handled the situation, me, my daughter and our dog, and my concerns about the cost. Our dog came first but I was worried about paying the fee, that's where they showed kindness and understanding. My daughter had to be with me but she was able to be in sight without over hearing the conversations about the payments. Big and small they are able to care for both our puppies

I am an extremely picky pet parent, and I wouldn't take my pup's anywhere else in Lewis County. I've seen Dr. Brandy Maul Fay for years and received excellent service. The front desk crew is friendly, fast and helpful. The vet tech's are great with my pets, and remember them and their personal quirks each time we come in for nail trimmings, etc.. Dr. Fay is an amazing vet, full of great ideas and suggestions for pet health care, and very well informed in veterinary medicine.

This veterinary office's first priority is to make money, if they help your pet that is a bonus. Dr. Morrow is absolutely blind to any alternative care options that do not line her pockets. Stay away from Dr. Morrow if you use this clinic and care about your pet. A quick way to tell if your veterinary is about making money or providing care, is will they let you fill Rx prescriptions online without forcing you to come in for a visit every time you need a refill (it wasn't pain meds I needed just some eye drops). This clinic will not as well as Dr. Morrow is very pushy about unnecessary surgeries! Thank god I did not let them cut open my dog!

Our "former" vet did not feel my puppy who was vomiting, not eating or drinking, with half of his face swollen, needed to be seen. Told me to give him Benadryl and go from there, that it was an allergic reaction. Not what it was. Fortunately for us, Chehalis Centralia Veterinary Hospital is open 7 days a week and scheduled an appointment for us. They opened the affected area, drained blood and puss, gave him antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds. Next day was back to his spunky self and getting better everyday. Hate to think about what could have happened if I had followed the sleepy on call vet's advice. Thank you Dr. Giffey...you now have 5 new dogs under your care!!

We had to put our eldest dog down 2/5/2016. Dr Brandy a crew are unbelievable. Did this once before with them many years ago with a different dog...Killed me...BUT, they are just so compassionate, loving, caring, and super sensitive to our pain and our loved fur balls....Today, 2/8/16, I received a card from the staff, with a lock of Kaia's hair, a poem with her paw print on the back and a sympathy card...this is PLUS the sterling silver coin I received when we said goodbye (had a dog with wings and a halo...back read "Always with us".....I have been with these fantastic people for 18 years and to me...they are the best...Bless you all.... Good riddance. These guys prescribed carprofen to my senior dog for months without running any kind of blood work throughout the course of her treatment. She developed liver disease and had to be put down because she started bleeding internally and couldn't breathe. Do yourself and your pets a favor and educate yourself on the potential side effects of prescriptions, because clearly the "experts" aren't capable of doing their job.

I've had good and bad experiences here. As long as you get the right vet the experience will be good. I took my dog in for what turned out to be on the verge of a U-I infection on a Saturday and was told that " his blood work looked good, so we went home...not feeling good about that answer I called and requested an appointment with Dr fay and she immediately diagnosed my dog from the blood work taken the day before. We made a food change and put him on antibiotics to correct the issue.

This place and thier staff are amazing. Today I had olabned to bring our cat thats 18 in to be euthanized as she started going downhill for our cat Shelby on Friday, I kept her comfortable,all weekend and today Shelby passed 10 minutes before leaving to vet. I came in today n my cat wasnt a client there at all and they took our cat right in and are cremating her . we will get her back in a couple weeks. You were all so very compassionate,and patient with me. I had been up all night laying on back porch with her, I was very tired, very distraught and in tears. I will be taking my animals there from now on. Highly recommend this vet.

He was due for a set of shots at the end of that month so as a curtesy, I contacted CCVH to let them know of his passing and that they could remove him from their system... The female who answered the phone was very empathetic to my loss and 3 days later I received a pet sympathy card that the entire staff had signed.. I was very touched by their compassion...
