Dr. Rudolph and the staff at Cascade Pet Hospital get 5 stars from our family. Dr.Rudolph literally saved our dog’s life by diagnosing and treating the problem after 2 other vets had missed the diagnosis and he was failing rapidly. The addition of chiropractic services keeps our fur kid feeling great. He is a skiddish boy that can be reactive and the entire staff go out of their way to make the environment comfortable for him. So happy we found Cascade Pet Hospital.

Dr. Rudolf and Cascade Pet Hospital have been phenomenal. About a month ago our poor pups back went out and we were desperate to get him some help. Online we founded Dr. Rudolf listed as one of a few animal chiropractors in the area. I called and they were able to get us in the next day. He experienced immediate relief. We have had two follow up appointments to get him fully back to normal. Additionally, a physical therapist we took him to requested x-rays and our regular vet refused because we hadn’t gone through them for a referral. They said if they were to do it, they would have to sedate and doggy daycare which would be additional cost. At our third visit with Dr. Rudolf I asked her if it would be possible for me to schedule X-rays. She was so very helpful, and got an estimate from the front desk immediately and they were able to fit him in then and there - calm and no sedation, plus a reasonable price. Then she performed the adjustment. My experience with CPH and Dr. Rudolf has been nothing but positive and we likely will make her our new regular vet. Thank you Dr. Rudolf for caring so much and taking good care of our beloved family member! I highly recommend her.

Fantastic team. We always know our pup is in good hands with them, and we have taken her there since she was 8 weeks old (she's now 1 yr)! She gets so excited when we pull up to their office. :) They also helped us with a particularly fearful rescue dog we had a couple of years ago, and they were so kind and compassionate with her. Since then, they have been our go to!

We went in to have our sweet girl Radar of 21 years put down. She suffered long enough it was time. I was referred to this place by a coworker, let me tell you they are great at what they do. The room was dim when we got there, our cat wasn't freaking out. They told us step by step what was going to happen and what to expect. They let us stay with our Daughter till the very end. They even gave us a Kitty Coffin. They weren't pushy they let us take all the time we needed. Its was sad but heartwarming at the same time. I would for sure recommend this place.

I was referred to this veterinarian by Safe Rescue cat shelter when my previous vet to see my very sick cat in a reasonable time frame. These people saw him the very next day. He seemed so deathly ill that their recommendation was to put him down. He had FeLV. At that time I agreed because he was almost in a coma, face planted down in the exam table not moving, not very responsive to his environment. But they sent blood off to the lab for a work up and gave him an IV antibiotic. We had scheduled today for euthanasia but he rallied in the last to days so much that I brought him in but told them I di d not want to put him down and wanted to try a human antiviral drug on him that had been effective for seven out of seven cats in the one small study that existed and those cats had zero side effects. One of them even developed antibodies and was able to hold the virus repressed after treatment. I brought her a synopsis of the study and she looked it up and agreed to give it a try. She also talked to other vets in the community and found some of them were already using this treatment. This vet clinic has enough doctors and facilities that you can get your pet in fast, they are more reasonably priced than my old vet, about half as much actually, and they are willing to listen which I've found to be rare in doctors, whether they be people or pet doctors, and when I walked in everyone there was familiar with my pet. All and all I can't express my appreciation for these people adequately. I wish I could find people doctors this good!

I can always get an appointment the same day when I need it. We come here for the regular checkups and they tend to go just fine. We get seen quickly and everyone is nice and friendly. A few weeks ago our dog Patrick got a plant stuck in his eye. They managed to get it out nice and easy and he is all better. Just today we took him because he had a rash that wasn't getting better. He gave us antibacterial spray and now that's better too. It's nice to know there's someone we can rely on to help our dog with things we can't help with.

I would highly recommend this office! I was nervous about finding the right place to take my two dogos. One of them is getting older and the other one has special needs due to behavior issues. They were incredibly accommodating and turned a nerve racking experience into something reassuring. They were helpful over email by providing me with estimates and less busy hours to come in. We saw Dr. Taylor and she was very patient, kind, and provided great insight. Even though we chose one of their last appointments of the night, we did not feel rushed or like an inconvenience. The staff here genuinely cares about the physical/mental health of your pups and is super affordable.

Good to be safe than sorry I guess...priced seem alright compared to other vets throughout Seattle. Major kudos for carrying the flea tick meds I like and they have an online pharmacy that offers discounts

I have gone to Dr Rudolph for about the last ten years for all of my pet care needs. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is gentle with my dog, a nice person, very experience with animals especially orthopedic problems. The staff is very nice, helpful. I like that Dr Rudolph takes time with her patients, will talk about treatment options. She is seriously the best!

DO NOT COME HERE! I found out the hard way and want to have you avoid the trouble. After my dog had a major accident, we took her there in the hopes that she’d get seen (my insurance sent me here really) and boy was I in for a treat. Dr. Park was the absolute worst. He not only belittled me but he verbally assaulted me in the room and even came out and continued to badger me in front of the receptionist. Then instead of telling me what’s wrong with my dog, they tell me how much I have to pay right then and there. I was furious and they don’t have the decency to tell you their prices for visits or revisit. Just, “here’s how much it’s gonna cost...pay up!” All in all I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The prices aren’t great either.

I love this place and so do my animals. They even help take care of my crazy old cat without having to gas her. Every time I go in the girls at the front desk are amazing and helpful, since I generally have to bring my 1 year old. They room me quickly or take my pups back quickly. I started taking both of my huskies here about a year ago and we have had nothing but great experiences every time we’ve been in. The staff is super friendly and helpful along with a clean and welcoming facility. We have done 2 major surgeries along with regular checkups and shots with all great outcomes. They usually can get you in right away or with a very brief waiting period. The staff here at cascade pet hospital is outstanding and they are all very well loved by my pets! I highly recommend them.

We visited Cascade in a fit of panic, unfortunately. Our little Balinese kitten (Tama, short for Thomas) had a super rare clotting disorder, which left him emergent and our hands financially tied (the transfusion costing between 3-5k with no guarantee AND with a possibility for future transfusions to be necessary). From start to finish, the whole team helped facilitate an extremely graceful and humane death for our little guy. After the lethal injections my significant other and I, obviously super distraught and crying, were greeted by a lovely soul who I believe was a vet tech comforted us in delightful and FUNNY/warm conversation—truly superb. In the future, we will be coming to this clinic should we have any other furry friends. Thank you so much!!

Not only are all the staff and vets helpful, but I feel like they really, truly care about doing all they can to make my pets the healthiest and happiest it can be. First time I visit this vet, I brought my newly adopted cat Ava for her first check up and vaccines. I was able to make an appointment through email as was most convenient for me. We were greeted and taken care of pretty fast, within the first 15mins after we arrived we were already inside waiting for the nurse and the doctor. I was happy to be allowed inside the room so I could see what's happening and calm down my cat. She was checked up and given all vaccines she needed. All my questions and concerns were answered. Ava was given some canned food after her shots. Very happy cat. And the total was affordable. I am so happy with the service and our doctor that I decided to transfer all my cats over to this place for care. Overall, really nice place for cats and owners. Thank you!!

Terrible doctors that didn't even try and help. Terrible customer service and won't honor prescriptions for medication that I was told my dog would need for the rest of his life unless I brought him in for more tests then they would refill it. Then I was told they couldn't refill it because they hadn't seen him for over a year, oh but they saw him in January.... RE: Your response The only regulations you follow are the one's you can use to extract more money for needless tests. Sure, I'd love to pay another $500 every year for you to tell me the medication is doing its job and to keep going. Or I can look at him and see he's not 30 lbs overweight and completely lethargic and use my brain to figure out the medication is doing what it is supposed to be doing. You're whole profession is inundated with scammers and liars, you're actually worse than a used car sales person.
