A very good veterinary service for our 7 poodles, very friendly staff, nurses and doctors. Having been to three other clinics in the last 20 years we believe they have the best formula for pet care. Maybe a bit pricey but one must consider pets house members who deserve the best. In reading some of the negative reviews I can add sometimes people wait too long before they decide to take their pet for care and then expect miracles. Thank you Belltowne for outstanding service for the last couple years.

Dr Brooks was awesome to work with, as were all the staff that I interacted with. Services were very competitively priced and I wish I'd tried their services sooner, but I saw a review that they were pricey and went to a different vet that was "reasonably priced" but was actually more expensive on every single charge than what I would have paid here. AND the other vet was farther away. Needless to say, since I loved the staff and was very pleased with the prices, and this clinic is literally half the distance from my house, I will DEFINITELY be using this vet for all veterinary needs from now on.

Would not give a Bravecto flea/tick pill to me with a prescription from my regular vet (traveling). Wanted to see my dog for appt...she is current on everything and I didn't want to pay for an appt. Settled for an otc frontline. Not happy. I should have ordered online. Absurd. Just saw reply. That probably should have been mentioned when I was there.

They saved my puppy!!! I noticed my pup was acting weird and was unusually tired and decided to take him in. The staff were super friendly and welcoming even though I had never been here before. They were so sweet to Dozer and quoted me a price before he received treatment (something that's never happened to me at a vet before, much appreciated). When i originally took him in I thought I was going to lose him, and after two days of meds and care he was back! I can't thank the staff here enough. Thank you for saving my puppy!

My dog was sick hasn't eaten or drink in 3 days, couldn't get up, she was old. I being new to the area called the closest veterinarian I could find, they put me on hold the second they answered, then when I was explaining whats going on with my dog, the woman cut me off and went right to saying she had an appointment for NEXT MONTH! I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW INSENSITIVE SHE WAS, MY DOG WAS SICK. NEXT MONTH WASN'T GOING TO CUT IT. SHE FINALLY OFFERED SATURDAY WHICH WAS 5 DAYS AWAY. How can you expect a veterinarian to take care of your needs in a proper manner if the staff who answers the phone can't. Ive had bad experiences from many vets, but never experienced the person I call on the phone to be such a b÷#*h! I would give no stars if I could.

I looked Belletowne up about a year ago, because I wasn't happy with my current vet. They seemed to be well equipped clinic with very educated staff. I honestly just procrastinated, because I thought they would surley be too expensive. I had just spent thousands of dollars on my dogs vet and the referrals to specialist that led to putting my dog on lots of rymadel and tramadol, but no closer to the problem. It's ironic how things works out sometimes; Peaches, my 13 year old Pit bull was very ill on 07/17/2017. She had an appt. on Monday with her vet to do blood work, because the urinalysis showed high levels of something in her kidneys. This had happened several times before, but...it's a long story. Bccause it was a Friday and under the circumstances, I assumed her vet would would get her right in, but I was wrong. It was 2 PM when I called and was histerical only to be put on hold while she went to talk with the vet who told her nothing they could do because they are out of there at 5 PM, but they could fax Peaches records to the emergency clinic in Olympia. I was devastated. I live 30 min. from Shelton, 30 from Belfaire and 50 from the Olympia Clinic, who upon arrival it's automatic $90. I was so frustrated. My dog kept looking at me and shaking. I knew she was in pain and could barely move at this point and stopped eating completely. I knew it was a long shot, but I decided that since I had no way to Olympia anyways, because my boyfriend wasn't home yet, I'd call Belltown. I wish I could remember the woman who was working at the front desk that day, because she was so helpful and it really helped me to stay calm, because I was about break down. She was on the phone with me for about a half an hour, and then off and on until I was able to get there right at closing, 7:00 PM. Between the woman I was speaking to on the phone, prior to coming, communicating with the veterinarians there that night, they probably knew a good portion of Peaches medical history, but they had called over to her regular vet as well before I came and had her records faxed to them. Long story short, I had to put my dog down that night and it was the hardest thing I've ever had to decide and see. I am still very broken inside over the whole thing, but I am so thankful that they cared enough to make sure that my dog was seen before weekend. Otherwise she would have continued suffering and died at home in horrible pain. Alicia, the vet that examined Peaches that night became a bit emotional when Peaches was gone. Not much but she hugged me and I could feel her compassion. I can remember at least 3 people in the building that night, was probably more, but I was upset, so...anyways they were there hours after closing and it didn't seem to bother them a bit. Come to find out, they were cheaper than my current vet and although I walked out that night without my baby, but in my eyes, they saved her. They didn't charge us for the exam that night, just blood work and I think one other thing, but we were still short. My boyfriend went to pick up her ashes a few days later and I had still not gotten out of bed since she passed and somewhere in all this he had neglected tor forgot to pay what we had owed them. I remembered telling them, i will take care of that first thing in morning but was before I knew she was going to be put down that night. Anyways, a week and a half later, I got a card in mail from them with loads of thoughts and sympathy from the staff there. I don't know if all people there met Peaches, but were kind enough to tell us they were sorry for our loss. That's when my boyfriend said, "OMG! I forgot to pay them when I picked up her ashes". He said he just wanted to get them and get out of there so he didn't cry and did't even think about it. We got them payed right away. I will never forget theses people. I wish had called them a year ago when I was concerned about Peaches. Even though she's gone, It was feels good knowing that she went peacefully in a place full of people who really cared and had her best interest in mind.

A "dog knowledgeable" friend of mine referred Dr. Nancy for my standard poodle when the vet in our town seemed unsure of a diagnosis and treatment. I was very impressed. Dr. Nancy did a thorough examination, reviewed several treatment options - we settled on Chinese herbs and an eye medication. Symptoms cleared up in about three weeks, it's been eight months since our appointment. Dr. Nancy provides thoughtful care and extensive knowledge and expertise of both conventional and alternative methodologies. Our return check ups have been very informative. I highly recommend her. Scheduling was easy, charges were reasonable.

We went in as new patients with a cat who had been spayed but was in heat, needless to say we didnt want to go to vet who had done her spay. The vet explained options and sent a test off to verify that ovarian material were left in our baby. The clinic called back with results right kn schedule. Guess we have found new vet home for our 4 animals

The veterinarians themselves are always wonderful and extremely helpful. The front desk ladies however, are possibly the worst front desk people I've ever run across. They're very rude and they don't listen to anything you say. I'm not usually one to write complaints because I like to think that sometimes people just have bad days and that can have a toll on their work, but this kind of negative experience has happened to me every time I've come in. I would still recommend this vet office because the doctors truly are great at their job.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at a vet's office My cat was very sick, unable to get to my long time vet hospital, I had to go to Beltown, after paying a lot of money for tests ect ect and feeling that I was judged, my cat was sent home with no actual answer to his problems , money spent for nothing. The following day I was able to see my long time vet, a simple ex ray and a listen with a stethoscope he was diagnosed with fluid on his lungs and kidney failure. He had only hours left , the kindest thing was done..I will never recommend this vet's office to anyone,

The surgery my dog needed would have been 1/3 of the price Belltown quoted my husband and we would not have had to put down our dog who was less than 2 yrs old Unscrupulous, uncaring veterinarian; do what's best for your pets and go somewhere else!!

Everyone here is extremely friendly, knowledgable, and caring. This is our first time to this pet clinic it was like a breath of fresh air. We have a lot of experience with veterinary clinics that are pushy and seem like they are trying to make your bill as high as possible. This is not so here. Here they are very thorough and listen intently to your circumstances, the pets health, and handle your pet in their individual "love language".

Dr Ryan was awesome!! I switched to this vet because my previous vet made me feel like they didn't care. It was like they picked the easiest answer and didn't want to take the time to explain why they didn't think it was other things. Dr Ryan did not rush me AT ALL. He also spent time explaining why he didn't think my hunches were the case, which was great! I felt very reassured and like he genuinely cared about my concerns and my babies. I have heard some people say they try to up sale here and I just want to say I never felt this once while I was there. In fact I feel like there were things he could have convinced me to buy because I had suspicions but he confirmed it was not those, and that treatments for those concerns wouldnt be necessary! Will definitely bring my dogs back here.

This place when we got our puppy at 12 weeks old she was diagnosed with parvo so we brought the dog to this place after our dog died they really had us bring her straight there once we pick the dog up for the puppy automatically no questions asked if they help this already had any money to do so but we had options and very understanding and very caring kind of individuals that were clear Tuesday now at 6 months old she has lives to Fargo and I've known her since she was a puppy and this place is the most awesome awesome place you can take your pet to very highly professional and I highly highly recommend anybody that has anything wrong with your dog taking the belltowne in Belfair extremely extremely compassionate staff and people and very highly professional I will never ever take my pet anywhere else but there thank you so much for saving our dog's life and her name is Asia she's the same kind of breed is our Pitbull peaches that had we had to put down there they did everything they could for her as well it was just too late other than that our vet assistant and all staff have been very warming helpful and to me that means more than life itself and thank you very much for all your help guys and we appreciate you and for anybody wants and has charged with their dogs take them their hands hands down the best bet I've ever had in our life and also our dog is very happy with them since he was a puppy she's always wanting to see them when we come and when we come there and there's nothing else about I can say cuz there's nothing at all about to say about him great great Veterinarian Clinic I'll always take every animal if I ever have any more there no matter what so so to the public best place ever in the whole wide world compassionate and professional staff and they actually care about your about your pet thank you Davis Trevino and Shayna Chambersan owner of t s clean up thank you guys we will never forget what you have done for Asia

Went to Doctor Finger DVM for my Italian Greyhounds shots and exam, and told the doctor that my dog was having pain in the left leg, and eating less because of the pain. She X rayed the leg that day and spotted necrosis in the hip. She set me up with an orthopedic surgeon at Olympia Veterinary Specialist who agreed that the hip joint was bad and performed immediate surgery the hip joint next day.
