Completed the online request for an appointment. The response was timely and they were flexible in helping me find an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. They were efficient, fairly priced and didn't do anything unnecessary in order to drive up the bill. I will be a repeat customer.

Highly recommend! We haven't been in the area long, but due to the fact that we have so many furry kids, we've become regulars here. Most recently our oldest dog had to have emergency surgery. They all took such great care of him! I was worried as you would be with any surgery but felt like all of the staff treated him like he was their own. Dr Zach made a middle of the night visit to check on him & the staff told us funny things that he had done during his stay. Thank you ALL!!

They have been nothing but wonderful here since we got our dog, Buddy, last spring. They recently made time for us when Buddy needed a shot that we didn't realize he needed before heading to Canada--and they got us in and gave him the shot within a half an hour, and we were on our way to the border with hardly a delay. Even Buddy likes it here--all of the staff is very nice and friendly. They also really helped us when we started taking Buddy mountain biking (he had never done anything like this with his previous owners)--they took care of his paws and gave us tips on how to take care of them on future rides. We love Zack and the team here!

Stayed here last few years. Great location and enjoy the lodge feel very much! However, Last year our room lamp burst into flames for no apparent reason?! on Christmas morning too!! We rushed out 6am while still sleepy and hoped nothing else got on fire. Front desk staff was nonchalant about it and said it was ok to go back. We had doors open and a heavy duty fan blowing out smoke. Room got very chilly as it was icy and snowing outside. Sorry but my little kids are not going to go back in an icy cold breathing smoke room. Sorry fumes are not good to breathe especially for young lungs. Rooms were all full so we ended up sitting in lobby for couple hours waiting for pool to be clean until the smoke smell was gone. They refunded one night which was nice but I think staff could have been more hospitable. It was more the end experience of the staff that made this a 4 star :/

The veterinarians at Bavarian Vet are very knowledgeable and competent with my boxer boys complicated medical condition. The entire clinic staff take our special needs seriously and seem to happily work around them. The office staff are friendly and medication refills happen very fast. I am at total peace with my critters at this clinic.
