Extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable vet and they gave me some meds and new food to try. The cats are all better now and I'm amazed how seamless the whole experience was. Their website had me expecting a kindly, old school vet concerned with my pet's wellbeing. That's not this place. This place's focus is on extracting as much money as you can give them that day and your pet's wellbeing (or yours for that matter) is a distant second. Dishonest, creepy, and mercenary. Even in an emergency (maybe even especially then) go somewhere else or you may regret it with all your heart. I do.

Dr. Emily Howe is a scam artist and should not be trusted with caring for your family pets, she cost us a tremendous amount of pain, suffering, and monies with no meaningful diagnosis or care. Very sad to see the reputable family business that Dr, Rowse established being mismanaged under the new ownership of Dr. Emily Howe, she cares only about extracting money from your wallet. The rest of the staff is lovely.
