Such nice people. The vet sat down on the floor with my very large dog to talk to her and reassured her. The only thing I didn't care for was them giving her medication without telling us until after the fact. Other than that, I don't have any problems

I have been going to this animal hospital over 20+ years. I love the love, caring and compassionate way everyone treats my fur babies. I mean everyone...from the front desk staff, vet tech, vets and staff at the check out desk. I always recommend this hospital to people who are looking for good vets.

These folks are the most caring Vet hospital I've ever had the pleasure of taking my animals to. All the staff are caring and professional and they offer everything from normal vet services to boarding and grooming. Our dog Maggie has had some health issues in her life so she's very familiar with this place, and she loves everyone there as much as we do!

Crystal and I came in a few days ago because she had hurt her leg the night before. We waited a little over an hour for someone to see us, but it was extremely busy that day. The people who work the front desk are always so nice and very helpful which is great since we bring our 4 dogs there all the time for grooming as well as boarding and the occasional booboo. We have been going 7 years to this vets office and they always love on my babies, especially Sandy. Alexis is ALWAYS WONDERFUL!!!! And I love coming in when she is there! I'm very happy with the service we received, and her vet that she had that day was awesome! She got down on the floor and took her exam that way since crystal couldn't move much that day. Thank you Acredale for all that you do!!

Brought our dog in for stomach issues, found she had a 104 fever, did an x-ray and they sent us home stating nothing was wrong. Came back 4 days later because she was not doing any better, in fact she was worse - did more X-rays, ultrasounds and sent us home once again. Came back the following morning, now she has a 105 fever, 5lb loss in less than a week, and a high white blood cell count. The doctor told us she went from "stable to unstable" and has to be hospitalized with an estimated bill of over $1000. Yes, I get that our dogs cannot talk and tell you what is wrong. But it is the same thing when you bring your infant to the ER because YOU notice something is wrong and are turned away not only ONCE but TWICE. When you come back a third time your child is now severely sick and has to be hospitalized, how does that make you feel? It worries me that doctors can be so dismissive of patient complaints and concerns, please listen! As an owner who knows my dog and has a history of GI issues, you really need to listen to your customers because we know our dogs the best and when I'm telling you there is something wrong with my dog, there really is. Additionally, I took this same dog to get spayed a few months back I was told she was perfectly fine and ready to be picked up later that afternoon. Come to find out, her surgery got botched and her stomach was full of blood. They took her back to the OR and re-explored her abdomen. I was told I wouldn't have to pay the cost of the second surgery, yet when I picked up my SECOND bill it was over $200 in addition to my spay fee for the medicine they used. Why am I paying for their mistake? I am beyond disappointed with Acredale. Yes, there are some very good vets in this practice but there are SO many. You will see one doctor and never see them again. This has been a long time coming but we will be taking our 3 dogs somewhere else.

In the hardest time of me and my pit baby trying to fight cancer, Heather at the front desk was so caring. She helped me pick out the best food for my fur baby. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was talking about. In the mist of peak hour at the vet she still took amazing care of me. I walked out feeling so confident with everything i needed to know. And at the end of it all, She told me everything was going to be okay. I will not go anywhere else, Thank you Heather!

We had to put our do to sleep yesterday and could not make an appointment with our normal vet due to the hour. I found Acredale online and was very glad that we did. When we arrived they quickly got us into a room and put a blanket on the floor so that we could lay down and comfort our dog. They told us there were a lot of other animals ahead of us and that it might take a while to get to us so they wanted us to be able to wait comfortably with our dog in an exam room. The Vet came in about 30 minutes to talk to us and do the procedure. He was extremely nice and helpful. They really did everything they could to make a terrible situation as comfortable as they could. We could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend this wonderful animal hospital to anyone with pets.
