I wasn’t a regular patient here, but when my dog decided to eat something he shouldn’t have, I needed a 24 hour emergency vet to go to. The customer service was amazing, everyone was extremely nice, helpful, & seemed to really care about our dog. Dr. Kenny performed a successful surgery & anytime I called to get updates on my dog, they were very detailed and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the care & results!

Dr. Rob made sure that we had his contact information and even called a couple days later to check in on his new patient. Acredale is our new primary care vet for our fur babes.

They operated on my 11 year old puggle, I was so worried she has cancer. They reassured me they would take great care of her and take the enormous lump off her leg. It turned out just to be a fatty tumor. She ripped her stitched out three days later and I was able to walk right in with out and the vet squeezer me right in even though they where so very busy. They fixed her right up, she's not fully healed yet, but she will be soon. I'll be taking all my animals there from now on.

If your pet is part of the family then Acredale is a great place to take them. The Doctors and staff treat them as their own. They are very kind and gentle with you and your fury family member. They take the time to get to know your pet and make them feel at ease each visit, not rush right in with no regards to how nervous they may be... Check out their website for details about everything they do at the one on Indian River Road or the newer location in Great Bridge, they are both great locations.

After being in Chesapeake for a little over a year I think I've finally found a vet a that I like. On our initial visit I brought Jango in for a aural hematoma in his left ear. They were able to successfully insert a drain and prescribe some meds and it's now healing nicely. The vet we've seen on both visits is Dr Courtney who's been very friendly and Jango seems at ease with her. All in all a good start. I'll be updating this review when there's more to report.

The staff is above n beyond friendly. They are kind, easy going and knowledgable. I have taken my dog there since owning him. Dr. Medor is superb, Dr. Evan's is another doctor that went above and beyond for my dog. I own an akita and he can be a bit of a handful, never once have they complained or anything negative. Just great. I'll continue to take my animals there as long as they are there. Keep it up. I recommend them to anyone who needs a family style vet who is down to earth and so helpful. Thank you to the staff for all they do.

We have been bringing our pets to Acredale since 2001 and have always loved it. We rescued a pit mix two years ago and she is very anxious and doesn’t like her nails trimmed. After a few unsuccessful attempts at trimming her nails Bettina from the Va Beach office suggested I come out to the Chesapeake office since that location isn’t as busy. I had the best experience today! Bettina was wonderful with my Coco and was even able to trim her nails. It is obvious not only Bettina but the whole staff really love their job and that’s the kind of vet I want our pets going to. Thank you Bettina, Dr Delorenzo and the sweet girl up front for making my visit with my sweet Coco great today! You guys are the best!!

The ladies are amazing in great bridge. They're very patient as well as personable. Dr Alex and Dr Sarah both are very great at what they do and I trust them 1000% with my babies. Dr Alex is great with my paranoid rottie, he actually allowed her to touch him and he got 3 shots, without incident. This is the only place we will be taking our fur kids from now on. The staff handled our Guinea pig and hedgie with great care while clipping their nails too! Such a great staff.

My favorite Vet! This is by far the greatest Vet Clinic in Great Bridge My vet retired so I started the search. It took several visits to ither vets in the area before I knew we were home. You will not find fancy furniture or lavish surroundings but what you do find are Doctors that care as much as you do about your pet. Kind and caring from the receptionist to the assistants. You will also find are Doctors that WILL NOT push unnecessary services and products to boost their bottom line. Only what is needed to keep your pet happy and healthy. I am thankful to have found them.
