The people are very friendly and eager to help. They got my six month puppy in for his first vet visit in under a week from me calling. They were eager to help schedule appts and recommend treatments and options. We even left with a new customer gift bag! My baby loved the staff as they supplied many treats in order to make it a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

We can not say enough wonderful things about the caring nature, kind consideration and loving nature of every single human in this pet care facility. If you are going anywhere else for your pet(s) needs, you are truly missing out on the best pet care the industry can offer- this location is the epitome of pet care perfection at its very best. Veremedy goes so far above and beyond what is commonly expected of similar pet care facilities. We would like to commend them for their special care of Sparky; he was our feline companion and best friend of 20+ years that passed over the Christmas holidays. The care that they provided during his final moments were so honorable and comforting to us- it meant the world to us then and we recently received a sympathy card in the mail from them that means the world to us now. Thank you, VEREMEDY, for all that you do for all of the pets in our human lives.

The staff at Veremedy has been great to us! They have always gave us the best information and recently offered to baby sit our 8 month old puppy after she had been spayed so my mind was at ease. They also got her e-collar on because we could not! I highly recommend this vet

We've been going here (WRJ location) for several years and couldn't be happier! We recently had a minor surgery performed and the whole process was smooth and well handled. Communication (before, during, and after) was excellent and you can tell that the staff really love what they do!

Dr. Sarah is awesome! I brought my dog in not realising how sick he was and she really saved his life. She just has a great welcoming personality and obviously very knowledgeable. But I will say the entire staff is 5 star. Great people, they really care about your pet.

I have just moved to the area, and I needed to get a new vet. I was recommended to go to Veremedy by several people online, and I'm so glad I went! I have two dogs and 3 cats, and they have all been here, and the level of care we have received has been extraordinary. One of our dogs was new to us as we rescued her from a foster, and they took their time going over her previous medical history with us, as well as taking their time with a thorough physical exam to see what was going on. I never felt like any question I asked was silly. I highly recommend Veremedy to anyone who is looking for a vet in the Woodstock or White River Junction area

Won't be back except to pick up my dead dogs ashes. The day this review was written I was upset about my loss. Anger is a part of grieving, a pet is, after all, family. Brad, Anita, and their staff did all they could for my buddy but there was nothing else to do, it was not their fault, it was life. My post was harsh and in the moment, the Veremedy crew did not deserve my scorn.

This vet hospital is very professional and friendly in their approach to your pet(s) care. They are not pushy and allow you to make the ultimate decision without pressure. The Doctors seem knowledgeable and personable. It's good to have such service in the Upper Valley.
