Thank you Katie!!!! 1st day into my vacation my dog suffered from an ear inflammation which made her and me miserable our 1st night. I called Ticonderoga Animal Hospital the next day and i was able to get in the very next day! Low and bebold i was in and out with a magic potion and that night my Coco and me slept like a rock! Hallelujah my vaca can resume! I wish i could take her back with me (katie) she would be my Vet for life!

I have been here before and had good experience with the spay for my 5 year old dog.. The staff is good. I found the fee reasonable. I'm so glad because alot of vets in very rural areas don't seem like they really went to vet school. This place seem to care about animals.. its nice that they are not out to milk you dry and actually care about your pet.

We had a very sick dog and Dr. Mack refused to see it, saying he isn’t taking new clients. Our dog could have died due to his refusal. I encourage you to find a different vet if you care about your animal’s welfare.

We have known Dr Mack and his wife Noel since 1995. We had moved from Ct and needed a veterinarian for our very pregnant dalmatian. We left that first day with confidence that our little girl would be safe and cared for by dr. Mack and his staff. It has been many years and many dalmatians and other dogs later. We have moved out of state twice and upon our return were always welcomed back. We recently brought our newest member of the family (a little female dalmatian). Questions were answered. Respect was given. A special thanks to Dr. Mack, Noel and his fantastic staff.

Took my last dog the when she got sick. Dr Mack and staff are wonderful. The Dr. himself called me everyday while the dog was sick. He was very interested in the wellbeing of our dog, rather than running test after test. We did some, but when he suggested that it would be better for the dog if we put her down. Even though it hurt us,we were confident, that it was best for the dog. I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Dr. Mack is such a great man. He's taken care of all my pets since I was little. He's compassionate and sympathetic. For every beloved friend of mine that passed away, I always recieved a beautiful hand written card in the mail from him. Those cards touched my heart in so many ways. A small act of kindness when feeling great pain is a beautiful thing. I know he becomes attached to our pets too, so I know his job is hard... Even as a military spouse, Dr. Mack is always there when we visit home with the pets or need anything due to a military move. Even when it's last minute. I highly recommend this place.

Just called to get my dogs eye looked at while on vacation. Would have been a simple appt but since we are not local, they refused to even consider an appt. The most frustrating part is we are all in a new place and feel terrible if we can't help our dog, who obviously can't help themselves. Felt completely dismissed by the office for not even considering helping us or even taking a moment to see if they could fit us in. Our dog is everything to us
