Very patient and helpful people. The staff are helpful in literally any way they can think of. My dog get extremely hyper with new people and instead of having me wait in the waiting room after the appt, they let me wait in the room we were in until they had everything ready for us. They are cery willing to listen and try different things to fix the issue.

THIS IS A CRUELTY TO ANIMAL HOSPITAL!! My normal vet was unavailable on New years Eve day he was broke down on the side of the Rd in his mobile unit, I was suggested to bring my 19yr old elderly dog to them to have her put to sleep because she had become very ill VERY quickly, I call them 2 times begging them to please let me bring my dog in she was suffering and because they had never seen her before that was an issue also because they were closing at 3:30pm well I called at 11am there was plenty of time to give her a shot that takes less than 5min to administer to releave her suffering!! No animal hospital should EVER turn away an animal that's suffering!! That's cruelty and very heartbreaking to me...my mother had a very bad experience with this same place, she brought her puppy in to get her spayed here and mind me to tell you it was a PUPPY they told my mother that she had a tooth that needed to be pulled my mom couldn't quite understand that since her dog still had all of her puppy teeth that were going to fall out anyways. So my mother said sure go ahead and do it! My mother waited for them to call her to come pick up her puppy, when my mother arrived at the vets they told my mother that the bill was almost $600 which is double what they said it was going to be when my mom left the dog. My mother was shocked she asked why the bill was so high when they told her in the beginning that it was half that amount! There response was "oh well we had to pull other teeth as well" now you wait just a minute my mother lives on a fixed income and has this dog as her lap dog and companion and they would not let my mother leave without paying it in full, never did they say well you can make payments or anything nor did they call my mother before pulling more of the puppies teeth that would have fallen out anyways instead they tricked her into this extravagant bill!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST VETRENARY OFFICE I'VE EVER SEEN...IF U LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS AS MUCH AS WE DO THAN YOU WILL NOT CALL UPON THIS PLACE FOR YOUR ANIMALS CARE!!! OUR DOGS ARE NOT JUST DOGS, THEY ARE OUR WORLD THERE LOVED LIKE OUR CHILDREN!!
