Just left there to drop my dog off to get fixed. We were told three different prices and guess which one we had to go by. The higher one. Which we were told when we walked in this morning. Not good for business in my opinion. I think I'll find another vet.

This is the best veterinarian hospital in Chittenden County. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone came over to see and love on my dog... Dr. was wonderful, she got on the floor and gave my dog a thorough look over and didn't try to up sell anything. She was very friendly and down to earth. She took the time to explain procedures thoroughly. She even did a small procedure for no charge at all... I highly recommend Milton Vet!

Great Staff. My dogs have been going here there whole lives 2 cats before that. wouldn't go anywhere else the ladies love all the animals that go here and treat them with such compassion. Very helpful even over the phone and always call to check up on your pet if they've been sick or had treatment of some sort. If I could I'd give them 10 stars!

Milton Vet is great. All of the staff is nice. My dog had a split nail and was limping. I took him in and they took care of him. They called back on a Saturday just to check in on him. Never had a vet do anything like that. Both of my dogs go here and I now drive 30 minutes as I know they are the best around. The waiting room is big, clean and has lots of light.

I had my dog here in march of 2015 and he was criptorcid they gave me an estimate of 300 to 800 it ended up being 1200 and he was cut from the start of his rib cage to his testicle and ended up finding his other Testical near his but where everyone said it would be my brother (not a vet) and then told me they think it is a overy and said I should get that tested just in case he may be a hermaphrodite and I got that tested more money and it was a Testical. I have not been back and don't advise people to go there for major surgeries and another time there was a dog in there with kennel caught and I asked if.my dog would get it and they said know and my dog ended up getting it even though I had asked and I still had to pay. I don't recommend people to go there.

I can say with certainty that these people care about your pets. It may be a little expensive, but the service you get and quality of care is WORTH IT. You wouldnt settle for an ok doctor for your kids, so dont skimp on your fur babies. Even when a pet dies they are wonderful. They will send you a card signed by the whole staff speaking directly about your pet. Because they KNOW your pets and care. They will even give you a paw print to remember them by. If you're looking for a vet, try Milton. You won't be disappointed

Staff is very good and caring. They handle your pet in a way that works best for your dog or cat, while staying safe themselves. Example, my dog doesn't like to be restrained so they give her peanut butter during shots and don't even hold her and she does great.

Where do I start? I brought my dog here to get fixed, and the OVERLY medicated her, kept her in a cage for 8 hours and planned to keep her in longer. They changed what time she was going in for surgery 3 Times! When I went to go get my dog (keep in mind she still hadn’t been in for surgery yet) she looked half dead, I have a little Pomeranian and she couldn’t keep her little head up and her eyes where barley even open. The medications they gave her where for pain and for overdoses when she hadn’t and her surgery yet. They also heavily medicated her so she wouldn’t bark! And still had the balls to charge me $104. I think they over medicated and I believe that’s why they gave her the medicine for overdoses! STAY AWAY FROM THEM MY PETS WILL NEVER RETURN TO THEM AGAIN!

They can get a little busy but they are worth the wait. You will not feel like another number with them you will feel like old friends as they care for your baby like you do.

I don't believe that I could find a better place to bring our cats. I had to have a cat euthanized and they were very supportive and polite. They assured me that I would be getting my cat's ashes back from the crematory and not someone else's. Any of the staff that I had to deal with were very helpful and comforting.

They are extremely accommodating, efficient and most importantly, loving and gentle in their handling of my fur babies. The entire staff is very friendly and displays the utmost professionalism. My problem child escaped Friday all day, on the hottest day of the year. He's not an outdoor cat and has asthma. Came home late and seemed to be in pain and sick Saturday and Sunday. By Monday I decided he needed to be checked. I called at 9am and they had me in at 9:30. They checked everything pertinent to the situation. Gave him a pretty comprehensive treatment. Had us out by 10am and it was like he came back from the dead. Back to his old self. They are exactly what I want my vets office to be. Thank you!

Today was a very sad day, decided to say good-bye to my little dachshund Roxy! She was in our life for almost 18 years......so this was hard! The team at Milton Vet hospital is just plain awesome.....very attentive....patient....and so dedicated to making this experience a peaceful one. So sorry, but I don't remember the Techs name........thank you for listening to my stories and being so understanding, thank you for your kind words....Dr. Rachel.....thank you for being so gentle and making this time easier on us an Roxy.........ever so grateful, Bea and family.....and of course....Roxy! I tried to set up an appointment for my animal, but they apparently don't have "sick animal" appointments saved. The woman I spoke to was pretty dismissive and unaccommodating. I would not use a vet office that does not see sick animals. We will be going elsewhere for our pet.

I have always brought my animals to Milton Vet. For some reason, I waited to see the Dr. that I wanted, and over the course of months got pawned off to another Dr. I waited for a follow up phone call, and it never happened. Evidently, they have become too big and too busy to keep the care personal, what a shame. Between people that are less than helpful, and swapping Dr.s without communication- Time to move on... The one thing I can say positively is that Donna the receptionist has always been very nice and very helpful.

I have had ten dogs cared for by all of the doctors in this clinic for the past 27 years. The doctors and technicians are top notch. We've received nothing but the best care and compassion especially when the time has come to end one of our pet's lives. I would not take my dogs anywhere else.

I have been to many Vets in my lifetime and Milton Veterinary is by far the best office in my opinion! They are always smiling, down to earth and kind! They truly care about your pet! I chose Milton Veterinary because my Chihuahua had an accident a few years ago. His back legs were paralyzed and he was screaming in pain. Our vet refused to see Rocky and referred us to BEVS! I believe it was a Friday and very close to closing time. After calling multiple offices we contacted Milton Vet and once the receptionist heard our dog Rocky crying in so much pain she immediately told us to bring him in! I highly recommend Milton Veterinary!!!

The vets and their staff are always friendly, our dog, while she hates going to the vet, doesn't mind going here as much. We've gone to other vets where our dog shakes in terror when waiting, that's never happened here and says something about the people and place.

This is the best Vet clinic I have been to in Chittenden county or any part of Vermont. My cat leaked from every orifice on the ride there and when I brought her in they took her back, cleaned her up (no charge and it involved a sink) and brought her back to me in the exam room. The Dr. gave her a comprehensive exam, found nothing serious and did not try to upsell on anything. (Something the Vet in Florida always tried to do). I'm also glad that they have late hours during the week because pets never get sick on bankers hours.

Unfortunately this is not a good vet clinic and would advise to stay away. They simply have too many clients and could care less if you go elsewhere. I personally have had several major problems as well as 2 other friends with as bad or worse experiences. They are horrible and there to make $ only. I have moved my animals to the Malletts Bay Vet and have had a much better experience so far.

DR. Monica Norman is the most compassionate, wonderful vet we have ever had. The staff is fantastic and very respnsive to whatever we have needed. We lost our Max yesterday and they could not have been better.Dr Norman loved Max so much and we know it was very difficult for her to do what was needed. We have seen a few of the other vets there also and every one of them is great. Thank you so much. Should we decide to get another dog we will drive the extra 1/2 hr to go to this clinic.

After our puppy was misdiagnosed at a local veterinary hospital, we went to Milton Veterinary Hospital and within an hour they had diagnosed our puppy and she is on the mend!
