Absolutely Amazing when it came to getting our 7 month old chocolate lab pup in on short notice when she became sick even though we had never been there before! the place is very clean and the people are soo nice.the vet Dr Tamas and his nurse were soo gentle when it came to doing the exam on our pup( she is a very shy and and skidish pup) and was very informative when it came to figuring out what was making her sick! this is the best place to take your beloved pets! im going to keep bringing our pup there for all our pup's vet needs!!

The office is clean and they seem professional..but they are not very friendly. I boarded my dog for 5 days and it was only the second time I had ever. I was interested in talking to the girl to see how he was. After I paid and went across to pick him up ,the girl just thrust him at me and didn't say a word. I didn't even bother either, thank goodness they are not the only game in town.. needless to say I won't go back

We had to rush one of our cats in. We didnt have time to call, they didn't have any appt that day BUT they went ahead and took him in anyways. They even called a couple of hours later to let us know what was going on. They saved his life! I also love that they do low cost spay and nueters for cats.

Great place to take your animals if you like random charges on your bill added on, and careless behavior from the staff resulting in near death experiences for your pet. - First time we brought in our dog we asked for a price quote for all the services we would need. It ended up being nearly double that. - Second time we brought the dog in to be spayed and have her dew claws removed, the surgeries added up to nearly $200 more than we had been quoted at the previous appointment. In writing. They let us know about the new price after they had our dog in surgery. - Two days ago I picked up her flea medicine, an oral pill, and the staff confirmed the weight of our dog, then packaged up the medicine. (After waiting for 15 minutes for the staff to finish a discussion on the quality of area restaurant french fries, in full view and hearing of the main counter where I was visibly waiting) My husband went to give the pill to the dog tonight, and as he placed it on her tongue noticed it was larger than usual - luckily he was able to grab it back in time, sure enough they gave us a pill for a dog twice her size. Had she eaten it she would have been dealing with severe health issues, including seizures. Except to return the $50 worth of erroneous medication Monday, we will not be returning to this vet, and would advise anyone who cares for their pets or their pocket books to stay far far away.

Use to swear by them but after a recent emergency with our pup, they never returned a back that was left on their emergency cell line. After spending night at ER vets an hour away who did a great job, faxed pups information to our vet she needed followup they refused to see her and have Ben a customer for well over 20 years

I have alway broght my dogs and cats to Granville Small Animal Hospital. Dr.Jeff is always spot on with his prognosis and treatments. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell they love and respect the animals they care for. We've even used the boarding and grooming services which are next to none.
