They were good with my cat and super helpful. 10/10 I triedthey Newbury Clinic before Bradford and they were so rough with my cat. I will be talking her there from now on. They even email toy a link to am app that you canaccess your animals medical records and bext vaccine dates.

Lovely building and waiting room. Friendly staff that you can tell care about what's best for your animal. We always leave surprised how low the cost is too! We live 1 and a half hours away and come there anyway for all our animals.

The appointment was prompt and we were received mostly on time. However, the first time I came with our bunny, the assistant didn't have a hold on my bunny and he fell off that high table. My heart stopped for a moment!! The second time, the doc didn't even bother to come say hello or to invite us in to be in the same room with our bunny or to even give us details about what would be next for our bunny's treatment. I had to ask the assistant tons a questions to get answers. The assistant wasn't aware of what medication the bunny was on and whether will be getting more of it etc. I am disappointed especially because 50% of the vet care should be making sure that the owner of the animal feels like they are doing everything they can to care for their pet. And I didn't feel that following their service.

my mom works here and she is the front desk lady and the doctor is an amazing vet and i love the way they take care of all the animals and i love the way they keep u posted on what is happening

Say the care about the animals and will treat them as thier own but my rat has a finger hanging off and they won't see her because I can't afford to pay right away. How is she supposed to live like that!

One of the best and caring vets we've used over the years. They clearly care for the animals and treat them with respect and love. Susan is a great veterinarian and is good at her job. Our cats (and rat) have been in good hands with her.
