Staff is always very nice and the vets seem knowledgeable and caring. My only concern is that there seems to be a lot of vets and we rarely see the same one from one appointment to the next so there is very little continuity of care; though, to be fair, we were dealing with an end of life sickness, so most appointments were emergency, last minute requests, for which they always got us in.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The staff was amazing. It is very apparent these people are happy and love what they do. I understand they see many animals each day but they still managed to make me feel like mine was a priority. I had heard good things and they still exceeded my expectations.

Is there a 10 star review possible? I honestly couldn't give this place enough praise. I am so so so happy I found them. The staff is unbelievable. They sit on the floor with my dog and give him praise. And they are full of smiles while petting him. They love animals. They are so so good at their jobs. Very very knowledgeable. I was nervous one Sunday night about a cough that my dog was developing and sent them an email with a video telling them I couldn't decide if I was being paranoid or if he needed to be brought in. Then at 810 the next morning I received an email back that they were concerned about the possibility of kennel cough and their advice was to call and make an apt for that day. I was in there and back out of there and back at work before noon. I honestly could go on forever about how much I love this place. But I suppose that is enough for you to know my opinion!

This vet does a nice job and has taken great care of our cat for many years. Recently we have had some dog issues and they have been very responsive and helpful. I always feel they are a little pricey, but I guess any vet care is. Waits can be a little long, but staff is very friendly and accommodating. Facility is clean and nice, albeit a little dated. There is ample parking and a marked area outside for dogs to take care of business. Would recommend without hesitation!

Best in VT. Comprehensive care by excellent vets and techs, but moreover, you get a sense that the whole staff genuinely cares about your pet's well being. They were there to lend a helping hand when others simply were not, and it made all the difference. What else is there to say?

I'm new to the area and this was my first visit. Picking a vet was an important decision for me, but I think I picked a great one that we'll be sticking with. The vet and technicians were great with both my fluffy puppers! Clean well organized facility. It felt welcoming. More importantly than that, I felt like my dogs were in great hands. I have one dog who in the past had lots of medical issues with his hindquarters so he's pretty sensitive to being touched. They thought of a different place to give him his shots and made a note in his chart for the next time.

Both the male vets I've seen are incredible, easy to talk to and SO friendly to you and your dog. Got my dog, Duke, fixed there last week and they were super informative and helpful the weeks after his surgery.

The staff at Animal Hospital of Hinesburg are not only extremely competent veterinarians, but also extremely compassionate people. We've taken our cats and dog to multiple places as we've relocated around the state a few times, and Animal Hospital of Hinesburg feels like home. In addition to that, their costs are reasonable for the high level of care provided, and they are very accommodating of their clients' schedules. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

We're lucky to have such skilled vets in a small town. However, you may be able to save money getting your pet's prescriptions filled at a human pharmacy. Costco pharmacy is an option for that.
