The staff is so loving an caring, the gets have taken very good care of our cat an dog we love to go because they never do anything unnecessarily so we never leave feeling we spent more for things that were not needed. Also the price is very reasonable to go there. Highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone.

HORRIFIC We have been clients for many years and under Dr Dodd the care was outstanding. Today was now of the worst experiences of my life. I HAD A 2:30 APPT FOR MY DOG I SHOWED UP AT 2:05 CAUSE MY DOG WAS HOWLING IN AGONY I WENT IN DR GOLDWASSER CAME OUT I ASKED HIM TO PLEASE SEDATE HIM HE IS 14 AND BEYOND TREATING DR GOLDWASSER TOLD ME I HAVE A 2:30 APPT BUT HE WOULD SEND DR NAPP RIGHT OUT. TWO OTHER CLIENTS WITNESS MY DOG HOWLING IN AGONY IN THE BACK OF MY CAR AND WENT IN AND TOLD THEM BUT NO ONE EVER CAME OUT. THEY LET MY DOG DIE IN HORRIFIC PAIN NO ONE CAME OUT FOR 51 MINUTES (21 MINUTES AFTER MY APPT) DR NAPP SHOWED NO REMORSE AT ALL NOT EVEN "IAM SORRY" NOTHING THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN THE TWO OTHER CLIENTS ASSURED ME THEY ALSO WOULD NOT RETURN STEVE COLLETTI

Do not go here. this is the other butcher-shop ! These people will kill your dog while making it suffer and charge you alot of money for it. They did a sloppy surgery that should have been easy. and made it complicated in steps assuring me it was safe. Afterward my dog suffered 6 months and then they said it just had bladderstones that needed to be removed. they open her and shes now all destroyed inside. They suggest putting her down . This dog was healthy before they got to her the horrors of what they did. They caused all my dogs puppies to die another time.

I don't have the usual variety of pets. Yes I have dogs but I have a regular vet. But my goose got attacked by my Dalmatian. I didn't know where to bring him. My son and daughter in law use the Adirondack Veterinary Hospital for their cane korso's and have been very pleased. I called them and they said that a goose was not their normal patient but they would be happy to take a look at them. They treated me and my husband like we had a prize winning baby. Very kind. Very compassionate. They had to keep Barney overnight after sewing up all of his wounds. He looked wonderful in the morning despite a rough time during the procedure. We are grateful for all of the effort they took in keeping my little buddy alive. What a fantastic group of professionals.

I love this place!! I love the girls at the front desk who are friendly and caring. I love Dr. Goldwasser who goes out of his way every time to make sure our animals are healthy and remain "spunky"!! LOL!! Thank you so much.

For over 20 years, I have been going to Adirondack Vet Hospital. Over that 20 years, I've owned several dogs and all of them have been treated with caring, compassion and great concern by all of the staff members and Vets. Normally we are able to see the staff within five or ten minutes, and if they are longer, they usually apologize. I have entrusted my dogs to them and feel a real friendship with all who work there.
