I have had a lot of badd experiences with veterinarians. I often feel like I am constantly being up sold and sold things that I do not need for my pet. This was not the case here at all. Not only were they very descriptive but they made sure I was aware of every single thing that they needed to do and why. My dog came back feeling better immediately and the recovery was much faster than I anticipated I will definitely use them from now on as my vet of choice

Our first experience with this office was while they were still Pet Medical Center. We had been to another vet with our extremely sick dog who continued to get worse under their care. So we called Pet Medical Center and they were amazing from the very first call (in which they had to deal with me crying because we knew it was time to let our dog go). They got us in quickly and confirmed that there was nothing we could do for our dog that wasn’t going to cost a ton of money with no guarantee that he would get better. They sat with my husband and the tech cried with him as he said goodbye and allowed him to FaceTime me since I was at work so I could say goodbye. It was a hard experience but they made it as easy on us as they possibly could. They even sent us out condolence cards and a special poem. We knew that when we got another dog they would be our vet of choice. We moved to SS in March and were ecstatic to learn they had moved out to Lehi. We have a high anxiety pup and they make her so comfortable that I’m not even sure they believe me that she is so anxious! Lol. Their new facility is nice and clean, they offer beverages while you wait (though we waited only 5 min) and it’s so convenient that they are open on Saturdays! I felt their prices were very reasonable for the amount of time and care they provided us. For our dogs first visit they could have easily done a quick exam give her the vaccines and sent us on our way, but they are so thorough! They trimmed her nails, and spent time just petting and bonding with her, and actually asking me questions about her and her personality. It’s something I’ve never experienced before with a vet! This vet truly is a diamond in the rough and we are so grateful to have found them!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Traverse Mountain Pet Care! They were so kind and sensitive to our family over the issues our elderly cat, Sammy was dealing with. They gave non invasive, realistic and supportive end of life care and always listened to our concerns with respect. Our cat went through treatment for a few months and then passed away. A sad experience for us, but made so much better by the kind and wonderful staff at Traverse Mountain. I would tell anyone to take their pet there! They are the best!

They are amazing! I called to ask if I needed x rays to get medicine for my dogs eating insulation and they said making the dogs vomit would be bad and said to give them wheat bread instead and have the dogs be seen if they had more symptoms. They are life savers, I was stressing out at the thought of paying hundreds per dog to get x rays. I’ll definitely start bringing my dogs to this vet!!

Disclaimer: My sister is one of the vets. However, any of the vets you see at Traverse Mountain Pet Care are amazing. Usually, I see my sister but if she is unavailable I'm happy to see one of the other doctors because I know that they will all take good care of my pets. I hate clipping my dog's nails and the techs always take good care of her. She is actually more cooperative for them than she is for me.

Office is very up to date, staff is VERY friendly and the veterinarians are very thorough and knowledgeable. My puppy has had a lot of complications and they have treated her the best and wasted no time in getting her in immediately when their are emergencies.

While the facility is new, spacious, and beautiful, Dr. Suzanne Weber has been our dog's vet for almost 15 years and has given us/him outstanding service. We see her for all the routine exams and the unusual exams (surgery, dental, rehab) as well. She has provided him with personalized attention and care for his specific needs, all the while conscientious of necessity and expense, which is a huge plus to us. Our most recent interaction with her was one of care and compassion as we had to say goodbye to our beloved, suffering pet. She will forever be a winner to us.

They were great with my puppy. The first vet we went to just gave her vaccines and she cried for a few minutes after. This vet distracted her with some treats and made sure that it was a much better experience. They took time to ask about how she was doing at home with training and gave us a packet with ways to socialize her. They also asked questions about our plans to spay her etc and made sure that we had a plan for her as she continues to grow.

I have really appreciated how kind and compassionate Dr. Weber has been over the past few months as she was with us as we said goodbye to one furry friend, and as we've been dealing with a respiratory illness with our latest furry friend. We've been seeing Dr. McCarthy for 3 years now for our lab. She's so great and kind. She remembers us each time and is very great with our dog. I was really impressed with the whole staff with our last visit. We got stuck in traffic and ended up being late to our appointment. They all understood and were very nice about it. I also had my 2 year old with me and trying to control a large dog and a 2 year old is pretty wild. None of them acted annoyed and Dr. McCarthy was very friendly and understanding. Even one of the staff members played with my child while I was trying to pay to leave. Then when we left my kid turned back to wave good-bye to everyone, and they waved back and said good-bye. I never once felt like a burden to anyone there and they were all very happy to help me out. I highly recommend this place and Dr. McCarthy to anyone looking.

I love this place!!!! I have never had such a great experience with a vet!! I walked into this place and thought I stepped into a hotel. I love that they have double doors so the pets can’t get out. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The doctor “Weber, I think” was very professional and so informative. She was so sweet with my dog and my daughter. The vet techs were amazing too!! I am blow away by this place. It was so clean and smelled so nice. They even have a kid area for my daughter to play at. They have drinks while you are waiting and plenty of waiting space. I can’t believe I found such a great place! Also there prices are very comparable to other vets. They might be slightly higher buy like 3-5 bucks (speaking about shots) but to come to this place it’s worth it.

We have two fur kids (Cocker Spaniels), they are 15 and 4 years old. Our Senior girl, Nancy, was in terrible shape. We were looking for a new vet and our awesome groomer, Lisa, recommended Dr. Weber. We took Nancy in hoping she could be helped. The care we received for Nancy was such a departure from the practice she had been a patient at. Had we not switched, we cannot imagine what would have become of her. We are just so very grateful to have found Traverse Mountain Pet Care. From the staff at the front desk, their very nice facility, vet techs to their vets, the practice is excellent. Top notch. We have seen Dr. Weber and Dr. Godderidge. Both are thorough, caring, and very professional. We are very grateful to have found a practice where we can bring our fur kids for their care. If you're looking for a vet, please give them a try.

This is my go to vet. I was a client with four pets at Pet Medical Center in Orem, after receiving a notice that the staff was relocating to a new facility, I made a point of switching. The staff is still great, very friendly, and the vets help to engage pet parents for the best results for animals. The interior of this new facility is beautiful, and the location is easy to access with plenty of parking. Very strongly recommended this vet and will never change vets ever again in my life.

I adopted a dog and took him here right away to address issues I noticed he had and to find if there were any others. They were so attentive and caring! We have a plan to get him to a healthy state and I am better informed about how to recognize healthy wound healing vs not, his particular grooming needs as a Pry/Poodle mix, how to appropriately help him gain weight and there is a heartworm prevent. shot now that lasts a whole year!

The staff here is amazing. We adopted our dog Joe from the humane Society of Utah and when we adopted him he had kennel cough. Took him to traverse mountain pet care and they were amazing with him. Doctor Mccarthey is beyond amazing! When we took him in he was givin an antibiotic and we went home. A few day later joe started developing different Symptoms and so we went back in. The visit was complimentary because he didn’t get 100% better from the first visit which is incredible because who wants to pay again for a visit if it didn’t work? Well he got a different kind of medication and we went home. I’m happy to report that joe is all better and we are now customers for life! I would 100% recommend Traverse Mountain Pet Care to anyone and everyone!
