I called with a question about my 16 year old dachshund who is incontinent so she wears diapers. She is almost totally blind and deaf and gets very nervous and confused at night, but is healthy otherwise. I was not sure at what point we should consider euthanasia for my little angel. The tech at the clinic was very understanding and helpful and listened to me through my tears and sobbing. I see a regular vet but she encouraged me to get a second opinion and gave me support. I wish I had gotten her name. Thank you for all you do. ❤️
